This shelter is much cleaner than the city shelters. Our adoption will include a spay and vaccinations. It also includes a microchip.

I lost one of my pups a few months back and my other is lonely. I've been looking for another pup and decided to check out the facility. This new center is really nice, there is a ton of parking as it is kinda out there on its own. It is located about five minutes from El Modelo, just head south on 2nd from Bridge and it is super easy to find. They have a check in system and are trying to maintain social distancing by limiting capacity. You check in and then are free to walk through and meet the dogs and/or cats. If you see one you'd like to spend more time with, you just tell them and you can interact with them further. I found that they had some really great dogs and I could see they had a good amount of cats too. I met a really cute pup named Luna and even brought my pup to meet her but had some concerns, mainly how much larger he is than she was. Anyways, definitely recommend checking them out!

Our little boy poodle was having dental problems and our very nice veterinarian could not fit him in his schedule for at least a month. So they recommended Dr. Breslin. Dr. Breslin took before and after photos of our dog's teeth so we are able view the color photo collage and actually see what had been wrong. Now his teeth are super clean plus the 5 painful teeth are extracted. He's much more comfortable today especially with the pain meds she gave us. It's just the little touches that make a huge impression such as the liquid pain meds that are already pre-measured and put in syringes. Dr. Breslin made it so much easier this way than if she had just handed us a bottle of tablets. She even personally called us a few times to check on our boy poodle after we brought him home. She obviously puts a lot of thought into the treatment of her patients and their human owners. We are so glad to have found her and we recommend her 100%.

I love the cats only clinic as it doesn't just reduce my cat's stress but I also find it less stressful. Dr. Walker is great with the cats and the owners. She set my cat's broken leg years ago when she was just a kitten. My cat has never had any problems, you would have no idea that the leg was broken. Dr. Walker and her staff (and the other vets) give my cats the attention they need, she listens to the pet owners, fully explains any conditions and explains any and all treatment options in a very supportive manner. Dr. Olah also worked magic with one of my male tabby cats. I've had nothing but positive experiences over the years!
