Was fully prepared and expecting to leave them for a week or two for the alteration; I got lucky in that the leathersmith was on-site at that time. Explained what I wanted, and fifteen minutes later I was very pleased to be walking out with the altered belts. Reasonably priced, and the belts are perfect. Also, everyone I interacted with at the store was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The leathersmith in particular.
