100% recommend to do this! There is really just one cave you quickly go through, but it's so pretty and perfect for handicapped or if you have kids. In Branson on vacation June 2026. Found this during trip planning prior to coming to Branson. Very pleasantly surprised. The people working there that we interacted with were all great. The facility was clean, as were the golf carts. The carts have speed limiters (7 mph), and automatically brake when you lift your foot from the accelerator. Very well laid out paved trail with plenty to see and enjoy. We went on a Saturday around 11:00 am, so it was a little crowded. We did talk to a gentleman managing the carts and he said the magic hour with fewer people is to come around 2 o'clock any day of the week or weekend, so I will leave that info with you. read more

Entry into top of the Rock is $10. The Golf Cart Tour/Museum tickets are $45 per adult if you purchase in person. We thought this was a little pricey, but went ahead. We did not have to wait too long to get into our golf cart, maybe 15-20 minutes. They offer drinks for purchase in the line. The golf carts are electric, and only go 7 mph. You do have to sign an online waiver beforehand. The views are beautiful, but do recommend going when it's not really hot out. Or wear a hat. We really enjoyed the scenery. It will take time to do the trail during a busy time, as people stop or slow down frequently to take photos or check out the views. There are some designated areas to pull over though. It took us roughly 45 minutes to go through. We did enjoy it, but didn't feel the $45 price tag per adult was worth it. We opted to skip the museum, just because of the hot weather. Wow! This place is impressive. We went for a wedding weekend and were taken on a tour. We had 4 to a golf cart and were able to stop for pictures and do our own thing which was very nice. It's very easy to stay on track and there is a lot to see. It did go quicker than expected so make sure you take your time at each viewpoint. They had a bar/snack stop point which was so cool. This trail was pretty fun and I am glad we went I arrived a little after they opened and luckily it was not busy. There was no wait for a golf cart and we didn't have to wait for a shuttle to the Museum and restaurants. Can't say the same thing when we finished. The trails were very nicely laid out. And you could pull over anywhere and at any time. However, certain known busier spots had parking to avoid huge traffic jams. Luckily, everyone was considerate of each other so no one was blocking traffic for long times and allowed plenty of room to pass if they stopped. The cave was a lot shorter than I expected. It was still very cool to do. There were many amazing waterfalls that we drove by and even stopped by. The scenery of cliffs was just beautiful. This very short cave is a nice cool way to get to the other side of the trail. The little "bar" inside is bare bones, but has all the basics. Canned beer and canned vodka drinks were refreshing. You can't get out of your golf cart so you drive your golf cart right up to the bar. Due to the slippery surfaces, you can only drive your cart through the cave. A few areas of the cave are highlighted with a spotlight. This is our second time doing this golf cart tour. We liked it a lot better before they put up all the artificial animals and touristy things that light up at night ...it detracts from the natural beauty of the outdoors. read more

MUST DO! A friend told me about this place, so I booked online. It was raining when we went so we had the whole place to ourselves. They gave us a covered golf cart and off we went. You just follow the signs and drive on a little path. We took our time and enjoyed all the stops. We went during the day so didn't get the full effect of the lights, but it was still nice. Highlight was the cave and bar. I wish we could get out and walk around but that's not allowed. We enjoyed our hot chocolate, and we continued on the path. Once was enough! Top of the Rock Lost Canyon & Nature Trail is a 2.5-mile golf cart tour on a winding path through Ozark woods with some scenic views. Drive thru a very short cave where you can buy expensive drinks. You pay $10 per car to get in. Then the golf cart ride is $53 PER PERSON. A cart of four would be $212. Taking your time, assuming it's not too crowded, you can drive the 2.5 miles in about a half-hour. The drive is not that great and you can find scenic views almost anywhere in the area. As I was with a group we had fun but way too expensive and not that great a ride. I will definitely not do it again. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the Top of the Rock golf cart tour. The experience is marketed in a way that strongly suggests you're seeing natural caves, waterfalls, and rock formations, but much of it is clearly artificial -- and that fact is not honestly advertised. The "waterfalls" have no natural river or water source connected to them, and in several places you can literally see exposed pipes feeding the water features. The cave and rock structures also appear heavily manufactured. In some areas, you can look underneath the rocks and plainly see man-made construction materials, including exposed particle board. I don't necessarily object to themed or artificial attractions when they're presented honestly. What bothered me was the misleading presentation. The tour tries to create the impression of a natural Ozarks landscape experience, but once you notice the construction details, it starts to feel more like a theme park set than a scenic nature tour. For the price charged, I expected authenticity and transparency. Instead, the experience felt staged and deceptive. I spoke with an employee about it afterwards, and he acknowledged it was fake and suggested I go elsewhere if I wanted to see real tock formations & waterfalls. I don't think I'll follow his advice, but I won't be coming back here. read more

This was just such a unique and fun experience! You got a covered golf cart and then you go ahead and explore. You just follow the signs and drive on a little path. We took our time and got some great pictures. It does say 'Cave' but the Cave part is VERY small, I wish it was longer. After you are done, they do have a museum which is actually very large but really not my cup of tea. The museum is great for someone (like my husband who enjoyed it) but I am just not into that so I could definitely pass that. They have a large gift shop and restaurant as well. I had an INCREDIBLE experience at the Lost Canyon Christmas light tour at Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail! This really is a must-do activity if you are in Branson during the Holiday season. We arrived and boarded a 4-seater golf cart to set off on our self-guided Christmas light tour through the nature preserve. The light displays throughout the preserve were marvelous and my pictures really don't do them justice! Massive bears, elk, wolves, you name it were aglow and simply breathtaking. About halfway through the tour, we entered the gorgeous Lost Canyon Caves where we were able to drive through and admire the beauty of the caves. There was a "Bat Bar" within the cave where you could purchase a beverage as well. This light tour was truly stunning and made for an unforgettable holiday trip in Branson for me and my family! We passed by this and decided to give it a try. We arrived around 11am and it was packed. Because of this there was tons of waiting and slower groups on the canyon golf cart tour. Branson is full of amazing views and this is a great way to see some of the beautiful nature sights it has to offer. With the tour being self-guided in a golf cart, we loved that you can for the most part go at your own pace and there are many places you can pull over to take in the views and take pictures. The scenery was beautiful, but that's about where the pros of this experience end. Waiting in line for close to two hours gets you the privilege of a 45 minute golf cart ride at 7mph through some pretty scenes. However, the most visually appealing spots on the trail are littered with Christmas lights and tacky animal statues that fully take you out of the experience. The coolest part of the trail is the cave portion which lasted all of 5 minutes if you don't count stopping at the bat bar. My group and I did however love the bats blood drink from the bat bar. Overall, wouldn't do this again and definitely wouldn't recommend it since there's so many better options. read more

Came on my birthday for the Trail and museum experience. We drove 2 hrs and arrived to a 3 hr wait. We waited in line long enough to get very hungry. Outside food isn't allowed. There are no food venues near the golf cart trail wait area. We called around to them to find out if they're accessible from the trail and were told no. We finally got in the refund line and went to a good restaurant elsewhere. Not giving this place another dime, ever. read more

What a wonderful way for people who loved to hike but no longer have the physical endurance to do so still get to experience the outdoors. Just absolutely a beautiful excursion to ride gift carts through. I've never been to the Grand Canyon and if it's anything as breathtaking as Lost Canyon and Nature Trails, I must add it to my bucket list. The entire trails takes about an hour because there was so many places to take photos and simply take in being so close to God's natural creation. Every twist and turn was beautifully authentic and I felt so grounded surrounded in wonder. The golf cart tour was a great idea and still I had to drive hehehe. We purchased tickets in advance to do this approximately 2 mile golf cart tour through beautiful winding paths of "Forest" and then into a cave (with a drive up "bat bar")" for a canned but delicious and refreshing adult beverage) and saw gorgeous vistas out to Table Rock Lake, waterfalls, and artificial wildlife depicting native animals in the area. I've been told there were nine waterfalls! Such a great adventure! Worth the beautiful drive to Big Cedar area and no wait to board our golf cart for two after we completed our waivers! Hey Yelpers! We saw posts for this attraction on Instagram and wanted to check it out. It's a golf cart trail excursion through and around the forest and cliffs of the Ozark Plateau in Branson. The service was nice. They are very friendly and helpful, with a short tutorial on how to drive the golf cart. The excursion itself is a lot of fun. The scenery is beautiful, with some amazing views of Table Rock Lake down below. There are numerous waterfalls you drive past, with areas to pull to the side for pictures. The drive-thru cave portion is also quite an experience. They have a "bar" near the entrance to get drinks and snacks, if you wish. The items are somewhat higher priced and can also be purchased in the lobby. The cave passage is narrow. GOOD ADVICE!!! Buy the additional insurance on your cart. It's only like $8, but if you hit/scrape a wall, you may be on the hook for the damage. Why did I only give it a 4? They also do a Christmas version of this tour, and the light up animals are left out all year. As large as some of them are, it's understandable. However, there is a BEAUTIFUL, large waterfall that has a giant reindeer positioned directly in front of it. You have to work to get a picture here without the deer in it, and can only capture a portion of the falls. I love Christmas, but the decorations were a distraction. Also, the website says it takes up to 2.5 hours. Our tour took less than an hour. Maybe if it is really busy, I could see it taking that long, but the tour wouldn't be as fun. Overall, would we come back? It would be great to see the Christmas version at night (the carts are equipped with headlights). Would I recommend this tour. Indeed! The Ozarks is one of the most beautiful areas in America, and this tour puts it on full display. Come for a visit, and bring a camera! read more

"Top of the Rock's 'Nature at Night' experience was a great choice! Our 5 PM slot was perfect, giving us just enough time to enjoy the sights as the evening set in. We expected to ride in open golf carts and had a good laugh when we saw they were covered--such a thoughtful touch to shield from the elements. The lights were stunning, and the audio narration during the ride kept both us and the kids entertained. The Bat Bar was fine; we only ordered a soda since $12 per beer wasn't our vibe. We bought overpriced tickets, then spent more time in line than actual experience. The line was mostly outside with minimal shaded areas. They need to put a cap on the amount of tickets sold or set up a more permanent solution for large crowds. Actual golf cart tour is not suitable for young children. Steep drop offs and an absence of seatbelts or doors resulted in a stressful and dangerous experience. No systems employed to stop golf jams from occurring. People either did not, or could not pull over far enough for others to pass. We ended up waiting in lines of 10+ golf carts for up to 10 minutes. The natural beauty was the one highlight-- but even this was marred by whatever money hungry manager is running this place. During the holidays they offer a nighttime tour where the route is decorated with Christmas lights and sculptures. But they don't bother to take the decorations down for the rest of the year-- So whole sections of the beautiful landscape are totally obstructed by these metal animals and many of the trees are wrapped in old Christmas lights. Overall a disappointing experience and absolutely NOT worth the expense. A money grab. read more

I didn't enjoy it. The marketing photos make ot look amazing. Total man-made tourist trap. It starts at the front gate, you have to pay for parking. Just another money grab. It's in the country, so it's not like you can walk there. That's annoying. They herd you through like livestock. The golf cart paths aren't wide enough to pass, so you have to stop every time the person in front of you stops to take a pic of every bird and squirrel. It's all man made. You're at the highest point around....where is all this water coming from for all these waterfalls? Pipes in the ground. While the rocks are real, the cave and water features are not natural. The scenic overlook is the only highlight of the trip, otherwise I would have given this one star. Shame on bass pro shops. read more

We did the golf cart light tour. You drive yourself, so you and your companions have the privacy to discuss and enjoy the tour. There is a recording that explains things throughout the tour. This was an hour long tour complete with a stop at the bar inside the cave. I cannot properly convey just how beautiful this property is. You must experience it for yourself. Pricey, but very fun for our family! We have two littles and they loved getting to ride in the golf cart and see the views! There wasn't an option to just buy a ticket for the golf cart tour so we had to buy the combo and the museum is definitely not kid friendly so that's why i only gave 4 stars. The lights draped over the rocks also takes away from the natural beauty but I understand they have a night tour as well! ETA: we did not go at a busy time (school was still in session so not many vacationers) so we were able to go at our own pace.
