Beautiful property and we loved the lake location but didn't care for the timeshare portion. Our tour guide and sales person was a cocky, arrogant man that acted like he didn't really need or want our business. The property in Branson was beautiful as well and we enjoyed the hiking trail down to the waterfall. If we need a place to stay it was very clean and staff was great! Just don't take the tour if you can help it, not worth it. read more

The resort is nice, is on the lake with wonderful views, BUT you will have a better choice going to the Branson Woods - has 4x the options, larger pool, and superior staffing. Branson Lakes has always been the step child of Westgate properties - being the last one to get much needed updates. Currently they have a security gate system that is poorly managed that had many issues just trying to get into the place. I called to complain, and they told me that the HOA owns the system, and couldn't help me ! read more

Where to begin! My Mom purchased this stay for a girls trip: my mom, myself, nieces, SIL, my infant daughter. The unit was not clean and one night we came back from a show to find a LARGE RAT in the kitchen eating my infant daughter's snacks. We called the front desk and the person who came simply said he didn't have a trap large enough or bait that would work what he had would be an appetizer were his words. At no time did they offer to move us and we stayed three nights with towels stuffed under the doors to the bedrooms hearing scratching in the kitchen. We had to sleep with the lights on. I can't believe they offered no compensation other than paying for all the food it ate that we had purchased. Also the way the whole thing was handled was so unprofessional on their end. The good: - The resort itself it's actually very enjoyable, the rooms have been recently renovated and look very modern and clean. - The location is on the lake, which makes it more charming for walks. - staff in the resort is really nice and tried to accommodate to our requests. The not so good: - There is not much to do in the property itself. They have a fire pit, and a tennis court. But, they do have trails. - There is no much signs to get to the location, so it's a bit confusing, specially if it's foggy at nights. - As the other Westgate location, technology is not their forte, so something like Netflix or Roku its not there. But in this location, they gave us a HMI cable, so we used our laptop to watch Netflix. read more

We really enjoyed our time here. The rooms are not extravagant but very comfortable and accommodating. We came for just a weekend but will definitely be back with the rest of the family for longer! The resort was very quiet and peaceful. Maybe because we came during the off season and there weren't a ton of people, but the parking lot never looked empty and we didn't see too many people. Our only complaint was that the walls seem very thin, especially when it comes to the plumbing. We heard every toilet flush in the adjacent rooms, mostly the pipes in the walls whooshing. read more

Much better than the reviews I read! The staff made our stay very enjoyable. (Linda at the front desk + David helped majorly with my questions!) From months away to the present time of our stay, they answered all of my questions and gave me tips for visiting the area! We came as a group of 11...2 families combined and what a pleasant trip it was! Our kiddos had a fantastic time. The indoor pool was up and running, and provided lots of hours for them to burn their energy. The outdoor volleyball court and basketball court was just outside our back door so they loved the convenience when we had good weather. This has been a wonderful week for a family-fun getaway! Also, the staff provided more bathroom towels, clean sheets, paper towels and toilet paper upon request. The kitchen with a washer and dryer (x2) was perfect for our group! The lake view was lovely and provided a perfect retreat for morning quiet time. Lastly, the activities were fun. We painted birdhouses and while it was a minimal cost ($5/small birdhouse and $8/large birdhouse) there was never a dull moment. We even rented a few DVDs (for free), as well as played our own board games. Thanks to Westgate Branson Lakes for exceeding expectations. I wouldn't consider the resort a 5-Star Ritz Carlton or Disney brand, so I'm giving it FOUR STARS! It was just about perfect! read more

Resort is outdated. Called prior to check in date and was told they were remodeling but only buildings 1 and 2. We were assigned a room in building 3 in which they are also doing construction. Construction equipment taking up lots of parking spaces including the ONLY handicap spot in front of the building were staying in. Walls and floors very thin. We've heard the guests upstairs walking on the floor all through the night keeping us awake. Pool and hot tub full of leaves and dirty. Website shows a whirlpool tub in each unit which is not true. First of all: the villas with a view have the BEST view ever. We had to pay a minor upgrade to get the view. The patios are covered top to bottom with mosquito nets and have fans and furniture which make the stay by the lake truly relaxing. The floors are all wood/laminate so no question of dirt. Yes, you can hear water drains from the neighbors. But no voices. So it's not that bad. Yes, you can hear the upstairs people over the roof but it's really no different from typical apartments. The view makes up for almost all of it. Housekeeping will come and clean if you ask them to.. Yes internet is paid. And that's okay. It's a resort, not best western. I think the place deserves a better rating. Our experience was pretty great! read more

My stay at Westgate Branson Lakes overall was very good. The check-in took a while. Not sure why. But I did get a lake view room which was an amazing view. There are plenty of places to park. I was able to park in front of the building I was staying in which was convenient. Cart access was another story. I had to hunt around for one which was a bit annoying. Wished they'd have more of them. It was clean inside the room; appreciated that. Large kitchen with everything you'd need for the stay. Decent size eating area with tables/chairs. There were a couple couches, coffee table and a large flat screen tv in the living room. Sliding glass doors out to the screened-in deck. On the deck was another table with four more chairs and a ceiling fan. The view of the lake was great. There was a washer and dryer stacked in what would otherwise be a pantry in the kitchen. Both worked just fine. The coffee maker worked. I'd recommend bringing coffee with you (grounds, not cups). The microwave was pretty archaic. Worked but very dated. Oven was ok. The refrigerator was roomy but I noticed it wasn't working very well. Loaded some drinks and food in there, went out for a few hours and came back to find them warm inside the fridge. Called the front desk and moments later someone was there to fix it, and they did. The bedroom had a closet, dresser and couple night stands on either side of the bed. The mattress was comfortable and I slept well in the bed the entire week I was there. Although I did not use their pillows. I brought my own and I'd recommend you do the same. The only real bummer was the bathroom and specifically the shower. A corner shower and talk about cramped. Smallest shower I think I have ever been in. The water got hot fast and the pressure was great. Literally it's the lack of space inside it that made it such a pain. There was a tub next to it which is probably why it was so small. I'd recommend they lose the tub. Give their guests more shower space. The bathroom did have dual vanities which I liked. The furniture was a little dated but really wasn't bad at all. The chairs on the deck and in the eating area were comfortable, as were the couches. The flooring was in good shape. And overall despite being a bit dated it was a very nice place. The same guy that fixed my fridge came back when I needed help figuring out how to hook a Playstation 4 up to the back of the tv and get the correct hdmi input selected and he also told me where I could find the workout room and other things around the resort. He was a very nice guy and helpful. The workout room was on the top floor of one of the buildings (want to say building 2 or 3). There wasn't a lot of equipment in there. Treadmill, elliptical and bike. But that was fine for me. It also had large windows for great view of the lake. The resort had a basketball court with a couple balls. They had a volleyball area set up as well. There were a handful of grills that I found. One was nearby the basketball court. The rest were in a pavilion. Next to the pavilion was a pool. If you're able to get a lake view this is most certainly a great place to stay. Not sure I would enjoy it nearly as much without that view. read more

very gated community. terrible customer service, during my arrival it took me ten minutes to even check in the gate, they told me i didn't have a reservation and the man working the intercom system didn't know what he was saying. second time trying to go through (after checking in) there was a line of eight cars, the one in front said he had been trying to get in for five minutes. we ended up having to give all seven cars our PIN so they could get in. staff at the front said they couldn't do anything about it. read more

We were invited by friends to stay at Branson westgate resort. We were put in 2411 A and B Cabin. It was a big disappointment. It was old, dirty, noisy heater etc etc. When we complained at the Time share talk...Austin told us they set certain ones aside for II time share owners for exchange.. No offer to change us to a different residence. Our time share talk hostess was behind the eight ball trying to talk us into purchasing when they gave us such a disappointing place to stay. Angela was great, but she didn't have a chance On selling to us! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't believe the pictures they show on the website. I did forget to mention that it took four times to get the keys to access. Twice for us and twice for security. read more

Place is an utter disgrace in regards to water useage. Day One- We filled the Jacuzzi once and then no hot water works at all- all of the other showers would then not work at all for hot water. Day Two- We filled the jacuzzi only about halfway and then the hot water would not work at all. We called the maintenance person who advised us that their water systems can only handle "40 gallons" of water for hot water useage. I tried uploading a photo to this review, but I am not sure if you can see the half-filled jacuzzi. For some reason, Google Reviews are not uploading my photo! So, I am at a hotel and I have to wait hours and hours before the hot water becomes available again. I will never stay at another Westgate after this trip. I have stayed at Wyndhams multiple times with no issues. I was assigned a concierge, and I told them I had an issue and I told them to resolve it by the end of the day, but I told them it's probably not physically possible because their water systems are a joke. The concierge did not resolve the issue, and stated that Westgate bought the properties foreclosed. I told her...what does that have anything to do with resolving the issue? I told her that it's not my fault that Westgate is to cheap to upgrade or replace their water systems. This place should be reported to the Attorney General for false advertising. I only booked this resort stay based on the fact that they have nice inside jacuzzis. It's too bad you cannot get actual realistic useage out of them. read more

Well its my first day here of 3 - so i'm still here. Figured I would start my review as I go along so I do not forget anything. Seems fair. When we arrived there was problems with the water tank above the hill so we were told there was no water. Told the pools were closed down. We decided to find another place before I went and checked back. There was water just under a boil alert! We ended up losing water for good around 10pm. We seem to have water the next morning. After we decided to check in we were told we were at the wrong Westgate. So before we drove 25 min to the other one like they told us to do - we decided to call the other one. Nope, we are at the right one. Couldn't someone have called for us before handing us our card back and a map to drive 25 min? Back to the front desk and guess what, they found us! So 1 hour and half later we checked in. Now we are up in the morning and all I hear from my patio, overlooking the lake however, is the wail of an air conditioner that needs oil. I wish I could post a video of the sound here. Not pleasant. Off to the jacuzzi when it opens at 9, - hope it goes well. Ok - jacuzzi really nice - only one there from 8:30 to 10am! Sweet. Don't forget - the rooms are ADJOINING! This means you can hear your neighbors, as ours, through the door that connects the two rooms. I asked my wife if she wanted to request a change of rooms - not yet she said. All we hear is laughing and talking next door. The walls are thin so be warned. We have attempted to stay here 3 years. Every year it gets worse and the first year was pretty bad. Broken shower and no attempt to repair it, HORRIBLE customer service. Dry Dock Marina damaged 2 of the 5 boat trailers in our group. Not a single request we made at reservation (keep our group together in same building, double condos etc) were not honored and even though we had correspondence backing it up, they would not honor their word. Check-in was around 4:00, many in our group never got into their condo until after 8:30pm on a 90+ degree day. People arriving after us were placed in condos before we were. Absolutely horrible customer service. We will never be back and I highly encourage people to find another location to rent. read more

Such a great place! Always take care of you and make you feel at home. If your low on something you can call the front desk and they will be right at your door with what ever you asked for. It was really nice knowing they did that. There is a gated entrance so you feel safe and two pools along with a clubhouse where you can't rent movies and games and do activities. There is also a basket ball court, volleyball court, mini golf and a path to the beach. I really liked it here and would recommend staying here. I was hoping the pool wouldn't close so soon on my visit and would of loved to do some night swimming under the stars but that's ok. I really liked the big tubs they have in some of the fancier rooms. Great for when you want to be romantic with a significant other or relax on vacation. The fridge was a little dirty and had some stains on the inside but it didn't both me much since I didn't use it a whole lot. But it would of been nice if it was wiped down. Other than I really enjoyed it here and if I come back to the area I'll look into staying here again. read more

My new husband and I visited here the 17th and the 18th and had our wedding here on the 18th. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! So helpful, selfless and truly did everything they could to make our day special! At the last minute, they even decorated the beautiful arch in the photos for us and coordinated it to match our colors. The staff made little gifts for us for the wedding too! Melissa Falls and Iris Fitzwater were the only names I was able to catch but everybody was so sincere and genuine! The view was beautiful and the wedding was spectacular! If there is going to be a large fee for dogs, it should clearly state that online. I was charged ANOTHER $200 when I checked in on top of already paying over $200 to book the room. $100 of it is allegedly a refundable deposit, still waiting for that, but the other $100 is a cleaning fee. If I had been made aware of this prior to booking, I never would have booked this particular place. I tried to cancel as soon as I got there due to the fee and the paper thin walls, but was very rudely told by Linda the manager, "there's nothing we can do." The hotel room itself was large and clean but LOUD and the staff was rude and unfriendly. I never once heard a "How was your stay?" or "Welcome" or anything customer service oriented at all. I got maybe three words and a frown from the girl checking me in and the girl checking me out. The only pleasant person I interacted with was Gina, who was very friendly and helpful. Linda, the manager, was rude and very unhelpful. The concierge couldn't even be bothered to look up or speak despite me standing there waiting to ask a question. If you want quiet rooms, look elsewhere. The walls are like paper, you may as well be in the same room with anyone even walking by, let alone in the next room. If someone closes their door five units away, you will hear it. All of the rooms have an adjoining room and the door that adjoins them rattles if anyone even walks softly, as well as has an inch gap at the bottom. You can hear people talking as if you are standing a foot away in the same room. If you don't want to look at a cement wall or the parking lot or have elephants stampeding over your head, make sure you get a top floor room on the lake side, but oh wait, be prepared for a hefty fee for that luxury. Actually, expect a fee for literally every single thing, want to leave an hour later- fee, want to see the lake- fee, use the extremely slow internet- fee. And if you don't pay for the internet, don't be expecting to use your phone and get service in your room, not going to happen. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay at one of the hotels actually near attractions with a much nicer pool and more friendly staff. This place is a joke and money pit! read more

Room was very outdated and felt so uncleaned, especially the carpets. Because we had a small dog with us, we were required to stay on the bottom floor and this was not mentioned upon booking. And also, because we had a pet with us, housekeeping isn't required to come clean our room so we had bags of trash sitting in the corner. Walls are super thin. Could hear the next door neighbor's conversations loud and clear and the neighbor above had footsteps so loud, i thought they were going to fall through the roof. Oh, and they were doing construction on the road leading up to the resort and there were no street lights guiding us. Oh yeah, and if you want wifi, gotta pay 10 bucks for it! OMG NEVER AGAIN!!!! This is the worst place ever! If you simply want a condo with access to the dry dock marina at emerald point, then. Why all means stay here if there are no other condos at the view or emerald point yacht club for rent - but know in advance that's all your getting is shelter. To start, the condos are dated, the furniture is gross and the appliance need to be thrown out!!! I'll be lucky if my water in the fridge is cold by the time I leave and my other food isn't spoiled by the time we eat it!! We arrive at 7:00 pm, get checked in and drop the boat at the marina ( which by the way is the BEST marina on the lake!!). We go to the condo and from the start - not impressed. The condo I booked stated there was a balcony/patio .... NOT. I have posted a pic - I have a chair outside my door on the lower level. When I called it was basically tough cookies! We put our food away and go fish. When we come back we notice the fridge is not cold...maintenance comes and states it's working as evidenced by he thermometer; however as evidenced by my hot water and soggy bacon, it is apparently NOT working. Moving on...my kids and I start our showers and not only is the faucet on the shower turn complete circles, the water pressure is better in the hose in my front yard. This morning, I go to make coffee and guess what, you got it, the coffee maker isn't working!! 20 minutes later and I have an inch of coffee...maybe by tomorrow I may get a full cup!!! Parking - there's a ton, but if you don't snag your spot early, your not getting anywhere close to your rented condo!! So for the record, I come to Brandon ALOT, almost every weekend if I am able; there is no better lake in the region than Tablerock!!! This weekend however being at the beginning of the lake season, all the condos I would normally book (emerald point yacht club - amazing) were already rented, so I thought I got lucky with my rental here, but honestly it would have been better to save my money and stay home until a better property was available for the same amount or less than what I paid. You can hear everyone's conversations all around, and the walking around upstairs, kept us awake through all hours of the night. It's as it you are all sharing a condo together, it is that bad. Beautiful resort. Wonderful room with a king sized bed, television, dresser and closet. Bathroom had a stand up shower, whirlpool, two sinks and a toilet with a short wall for privacy. The shower head was not good and the pressure was weak. Kitchen had everything we needed for the most part, another pan would be ideal. We had a washing machine and dryer as well which would've been helpful if we brought detergent (whoops). Nice dining room and living room with sliding doors and a back porch. The shades were a little irritating because they would not turn the same way so we had to do that manually multiple times.. but the view was breath takingly beautiful. Being on the ground floor was a good fix for me because it was easy to take my pup outside to go to the bathroom and it was just more convenient when walking outside. The resort was almost empty this passed week and that was really enjoyable. One major issue that we dealt with was the wifi. They have a wifi plan but unfortunately it is extremely slow and almost unusable. With that fixed and a couple minor things changed this is a perfect place to wind down. I really really really enjoyed my week stay and everyone was extremely friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who loves nature and small towns with happy people. read more

I wish we knew some of this before we wasted our money. I thought some of the other reviewers might have been picky, but they weren't. This place is terrible! ALL interval international members face the parking lots. You are NEVER allowed a lakeview (per mgmt) unless you agree to pay over $100+ per night. We traded in ocean front Cabo San Lucas for this piece of crap property. It honestly makes us question the rating system bc we've never stayed at a bad resort. Westgate resorts do NOT offer free wifi. It's only free for westgate owners & the prices are ridiculous. All others have to PAY for wifi. It's 2017, most places have FREE WIFI & all resorts/hotels we've ever stayed at have offered FREE wifi. The unit was the smallest 1bdrm we've EVER stayed in & that includes abroad & NYC! It was more like a studio w/a wall and door for the bedroom. The bathroom was TINY!!! Everything needs updated. It had linoleum floors & formica counters. It looked like something out of 1990, but they said it was JUST UPDATED! I'm sure it was but just REALLY CHEAP. Pool was ICE COLD in August bc they never put on the heater and stuff was falling apart all over. The AC didnt work well in our unit. We called and no one came to fix it. Walls are paper thin. We didn't mind it much except that at 11PM EVERY night for a WEEK, our neighbors made popcorn. You could hear it and smell it as if you were in the same room. We have small kids who woke to the neighbors banging around in their kitchen & watching a movie. We own gold crown in cabo & gold crown hilton & have never stayed at such a dump. You had to pay for ALL activities on site except the one wine tasting. There were charges for the kids activities too. Pathetic! Mgmt is RUDE and does not care about fixing issues. We talked to many people at the pool, some Westgate owners and they all had the same complaints. read more

When we arrived in our room, there was urine in our toilet and on the rim under the seat. The bed was not made and the entire room smelled musty and like urine. I was afraid to walk around barefoot, as after only 30-45 minutes my feet were black. The buildings are about 30 years old, but if I didn't know better, I would guess they were about 50-60 years old, based on the smell, filth, and decor. On the day before our departure, we returned to our room that afternoon to find a note from the front desk clerk, Sherri, and I quote: "...we had your room down for checkout this morning, our housekeeping staff went in to clean the room and went into the kitchen and found some pop in the refrigerator, they took a couple of bottles and then left the room not knowing that you still were occupying the room." If they came in to clean, how did they not know we were still there? All of our belongings were in the room, so apparently they came in to raid the fridge and then left. We also caught this same housekeeping group having a smoke break on the patio of the room they were supposed to be cleaning next door. When we raised concern to the manager, Brittany Hunter, she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. She did offer to move us to a new room, but we declined as we were leaving the next morning. When we called the General Manager, Tom Hill, he seemed upset that we had bothered him with this kind of nonsense. By the way, we were only there for 2 1/2 days. First the good... The amazing view! I could have stayed a lifetime just for the view! Not a lot of people there it seemed so it was pretty much quiet. Gas grills that can be used so nice for a family cookout. You are about 20 minutes from the activities as well as the super WalMart for groceries but easy to find all. The marina is less than 10 minutes away with amazing boats to rent for a day on the lake. Staff were all very friendly but no urgency to any requests or complaints. The not so good... We were 6 adults and were given the end condo (which the staff member checking us in went on and on about what a great unit it was). It was a nice location for us however with 6 adults one tiny shower was not at all sufficient. If it hadn't been for the view I would have requested a different unit. More pans in the kitchen would be nice. We had no broom in our room and had to request that. Our one day of housekeeping was a joke. Our main bathroom (the one with No shower) was cleaned and towels restocked however the other bathroom (that everyone had to use to shower) was not touched at all. Used towels were left in the bathtub and nothing clean stocked. When we went to front desk about it they weren't concerned and just gave us a bag of towels. There was food all over the sidewalks each morning from animals getting in the garbage cans every night. Staff not concerned about this either even though there could be an easy fix for that issue. The pull out bed is terrible! We ended up putting the mattress on the floor and it was much more comfortable. Discount tickets at the front desk save you about $1 on each ticket... not much of a savings. For as much as I pay as an owner I was pretty disappointed with the unit and the housekeeping but again... 3 stars for the view. read more

WiFi - Not free. $40 per week, limited to one device. Furnishings dated but not horrible. Clean, not spotless. We stayed in unit 214B. Great view, however, there were 5 AC units next to the screened porch. This made it impossibly hot and noisy to enjoy the lake view and screen porch. All units e.g. 314B, 414B etc are aligned with the ever running ACs. I would recommend this place for families, but would caution unit selection. Easy access to the marina and shopping. read more

You get what you pay for. When you check in they send you to someone that claims to be a concierge who will offer you a welcome packet that includes cash and a bogus vacation voucher. Don't take it. You will spend hours in a sales presentation, if you even make it that far. I told the sales man before the presentation started I planned to file bankruptcy so I would not be buying into their time share. He had his manager come over who then told me I didn't quality for my "gifts" as the "concierge" called them since I would not be able to buy into their time share. They also told me that the concierge is just a person hired by a 3rd party marketing company. Total scam. Zero customer service. I would not recommend this resort. First of all the customer service was horrible. We arrived early to the area and I called them to see if we could check in early. I was told check in is at 4. Ok, that's fine. We get there at 4, the agent taking care of us was a bit of a smart a**. I kindly asked about the set up of the rooms as we were vacationing with our adult kids and grandkids. He pretty much responded to me in a demeaning manner. I was also advised that our other room was not ready, it had not yet been cleaned. I was told to keep my cell phone on me and they would call when it was ready. My family decided to head to the pool and wait. Ok nearly 3 hours later, almost 7 at night, my husband went to the office to see what was going on. My daughter in law, went to the 1 room we did have to lay down as she is pregnant. Meanwhile, my husband spoke with the same agent behind the desk (smart guy) and said they just delivered the keys to my daughter-in law. My husband kindly asked if we could have a courtesy late check out on our departure date. He was told "oh no we can't do that". "You will need to talk to management". My husband asked for the manager and was told they were not there and to check back in a day or 2. The agent turned his back and walked away! The rooms were not real bad, thin walls though. We did not have a deluxe rooms so we did not have a view of the lake. Our views were of the parking lot and walkways. We did not feel comfortable leaving our blinds open as people were walking by. The bathroom sink was still dirty from the previous people, overlooked by the cleaning crew I guess. This was my daughter in-laws first time to Branson and this was her first impression. I could have overlooked a lot of things but for the resort to simply not care about their customers was unacceptable. Worst stay ever!! We called at around 2 to ask if we could have early check-in. We were very rudely told that check-in is at 4, no exceptions. We arrived at 4, and my mother-in-law went to check us in. Randall at the front desk treated her like she was the dumbest person he had ever encountered. She asked if we got the deluxe condos, do the rooms adjoin. Randall seemed clueless and told her he didn't understand what she was asking. So she gave up and got our room keys. Only one room was ready at that time so we just kind of hung out and went to the pool. By the time the 2nd room was cleaned and we got keys, it was 6:45. Almost 3 hours past check-in time. My father-in-law went to talk to a manager to see if we could get late check out or something (anything) for having to wait almost 3 hours. He was told there was no manager on duty until Monday (it was Saturday). I found that hard to believe, in this whole huge resort, they don't have one single manager on duty? I call bull! So a little while later, I went up to the front desk and asked for a manager. The lady told me she was the manager, so I explained what all had happened so far. And she told me that housekeeping must have gotten backed up and there was nothing she could do for me. She was also super rude. Come to find out, she was the one who turned and walked away as soon as she heard my father in law complaining. Really? You're going to turn and walk away from a disgruntled guest because you don't want to deal with it?Really professional!! Let's talk about the rooms now, my mother in law's bathroom sink faucet looked like it had spit all over it and it wasn't cleaned. My family's room: hair on the sheets, hair on a washcloth by the kitchen sink, no blanket for the hide-a-bed, only sheets (oh and be prepared to make up your own hide-a-bed, they apparently don't care to make it up for you). The shower head is horrible, the water flow is so awful that it takes forever to rinse off. The walls are so thin that I could hear the people upstairs talking and walking around and banging stuff. Woke up in the morning and walked into the kitchen, all I could smell was some sort of ethnic food. It was coming from the room next door/behind us since the rooms with a lake view adjoin to the rooms without a lake view. This can hardly be called a resort. They treat their guests with nothing but disdain from the beginning. I've had better service from a Motel 6. read more
