Clothes are reasonably priced. However, you'd be better off going to an antique mall for housewares. Their prices are insanely high for a thrift store, especially one who is trying to help others. I support the mission, but I've compared prices in antique stores with the prices in that thrift store, and the antique stores have better prices. They would sell more if they lowered their prices to thrift store prices. They would make more money for their mission. I will no longer donate to this organization because I don't like what they do with their pricing. read more

Hi, I don't care Her often but when I do, I find really great things. My husband has very large feet and you're gonna believe this. We found shoes even bigger than his feet size 18 that were brand new and very very reasonable! We're so grateful for these great prices because we have former foster kids and our grandkids and it saves us a lot of money given top quality things to them. Also, their movie selection is great too and they're reasonable. I actually got a lot of brand new things with tags on them for Christmas Christmas items, etc. Not that I care if they have tags or not but you know when you give a gift sometimes it's really nice. The people that work here are really nice too, and they have a best array of everything. It's too bad they don't have the free fridge outside. I used to bring food there to donate. I wish they get that back again cause I still notice people out there hungry so I still bring food and give it to them directly. If you go here you might have to look around really hard to find something because a lot of people shop here. But I always find at least two things that I crave and want and I buy I hope this helps you save a little bit of money and have some fun at the same time read more

I spent a Saturday afternoon exploring the city and bit, and somehow I stumbled upon Lost N Found. Before my first visit I had already been introduced to Lost-N-Found and their mission, but never had the opportunity to stop in. I'm so happy that I did. Goodwill is usually my first stop when it comes to thrifting but it definitely won't be anymore, as Lost-N-Found will being seeing more of me because I'd love to know that my money and support are going towards an important cause. When I visited, there were some crazy deals going on. 40% off here, 50% off there, I couldn't believe my luck but apparently we can always expect great deals such as this when visiting! The store is hugeeee. The jewelry and fine glassware section is what first greets you upon entry along with their Halloween goods. I was on the hunt for a piece of furniture and boy was I was blown away when I walked into the warehouse and saw all of the pieces available! Sofas, coffee tables, armoires and more. I ended up finding my perfect piece which was listed at $14 and ended up being $7 after the discount, and even found a little side table I wasn't on the hunt for which I paid $3.50 after discounts. I couldn't easily lift the nightstand I purchased and a sweet employee named Ricky picked it up for me and put it near the front, and also made sure it got into my car. I browsed the rest of the store and although I didn't find anything, I can see why they get so much love for the clothing options!! There were so many gowns, shoes in great condition and rows and rows of fashions. Beyond being an amazing store with some great variety and pricing options, Lost N Found is a gem. With a mission focused on supporting homeless LGBTQ youth and providing them with the assistance and support needed, there are countless reasons to continue to visit and support this wonderful business and team. I recently moved back to Midtown and was excited to hit my old stomping ground. I stopped shopping at Lost & Found due to some customer service issues in the past. but my friend wanted to check it out, so I agreed. It was a busy Saturday and I was expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised at the new VIBES. -I was greeted with genuine warmth. -I loved how clean the store was. -I felt like sections of the store were more defined. (Home stuff, clothes, misc..) -We actually easily located someone who could help us. -Prices were more reasonable, too. It was such a refreshing experience. I had a wonderful time coming here since they had great deals offered on first Monday of the month. It was a pleasant shock to find out everything is 50% off! The building is large and pretty jam packed with some oldies and goodies. Prices can vary so definitely keep digging if something is listed at original prices. Shopping carts are limited as there were only a few left since others weren't returned. Overall, I would love to come again and explore whats in store! read more

Was introduced to this place by a friend and I love it! Super great store that has tons of clothing options (sorted by size and color). Prices are pretty good but they also have 50% store-wide the first Monday of every month. I went in today to donate a few bags of things, and the process was very easy. I just took the stuff around to the unloading area, dropped my bags, and was asked if I wanted a receipt. Easy! I chose this place for my used items not only because it goes toward a good cause, but because they take items other places don't (ex: disposable eating utensils, bedding, and towels) for the homeless youth they help. I went inside to look around, and the place it huge. Usually they have been doing temperature checks, but today they informed me that their thermometer was broken. Interestingly, it is one of the few thrift stores I have seen that are still letting people use their fitting rooms. Their prices for clothing is a little steep compared to other places, but they also have the "Color of the Week" promotions for 50% off. One thing that really stands out at this store is their huge selection of formal dresses-- definitely check this place out if you are looking for an affordable dress for prom or a fancy reception! read more

A great thrift store for a great cause! Lost and Found Youth does wonderful work across Atlanta to locate and make safe many young people who find themselves on the streets of the city, at risk and alone, often after being cast out by their families when they come out as LGBTQ+. LNFY helps by raising money and providing resources to give these young people shelter, food, clothing and help to get safe and on their feet. The thrift store is eclectic, and a fun way to browse away a couple of hours. Well worth your money and volunteer hours. read more

Lost-N-Found Youth - My haul for the day! Couple great products. - Thrift Stores Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

I was near Lost-N-Found, so I stopped by. I was interested in a box with drawers which was about 12 inches square. I brought the box up front and asked the cashier if he could hold it for me up front while I shopped a little more. No customers were in line and there were very few people in the store. He said NO, I would have to put the box in a cart. The cart was rusted, filthy dirty and difficult to push. So I left the box in the cart by the cashier. He told me I couldn't leave the box and cart up front, I needed to push the cart through the store while I shopped, then pay for the box at check out. FYI, the aisles here are so small a person could have a difficult time walking down them, much less with a cart. And when people do have a cart, it's difficult to get down the aisles, actually, it's a nuisance. I put the box back where I found it, shopped a little more and left ... without the box. This place was a total dump, apparently they have gotten new manager and it is much better. But there has always been attitude. You would think in this economy people would give a little bit more customer service to make the sale, especially when they were doing absolutely nothing at the time. read more

Just recently discovered this place and I gotta say, it's a great thrift store. Clothes are separated by SIZE instead of COLOR (I'm talking to you, Goodwill Industries). It seems they gets lots of cool donations of clothes, housewares, jewelry, artwork, toys, furniture, etc that they put on the floor daily. I love that they're open later than most thrift stores (effective Oct 1, 2016 they will be closing at 8:00 pm). Prices are great and the store is clean and well-organized. Added Bonus: They deliver! I purchased a leather three-piece sectional sofa (In excellent condition) for $299 that I wasn't sure how I was going to get home. For $75, two men brought it to my house, unloaded it and placed it in my living room. I didn't have to do a thing! It was totally worth it. Highly recommend this store!! read more

Take this review with a few grains of salt because LNFY is the beneficiary of the charity that I run. Still, I want you guys to know that this is a great alternate to Goodwill where you can donate your unwanted belongings. And definitely don't go to Salvation Army because they are adamant that they don't like the gays, which is offensive on its face. So, donate your stuff to LNFY and support the amazing work they do taking homeless LGBTQ+ youth off the streets and in to safe housing. The thrift store location is a bit out of the way, but worth a visit. Lots of cool and funky things available for purchase. read more
