I paid in cash and left a cash tip. The salon looked clean and they have nice, functional massage chairs. I would definitely come back.

They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

I was told the lamination would last 6-8 weeks with proper maintenance, but the effects seemed to fade by the next day despite following the aftercare instructions. I do want to mention that the technician who worked on me at Lash Lounge was very kind and pleasant throughout the appointment, and I appreciate her professionalism. However, after leaving a message about my concerns, I received a call back from a male staff member who came across as dismissive and unhelpful. I was not asking for a refund -- I simply hoped for some understanding and maybe an offer to have the brows looked at or adjusted. Unfortunately, the conversation felt disrespectful and lacked customer care. I understand that not every service will go perfectly, but how concerns are handled afterward makes a big difference. Sadly, based on my experience, I would not return.

They do accept credit cards, but be sure to bring cash for tips. Also check in here through Yelp and receive 10% off lash services. She is easy to talk to, always supportive of whatever hair-related requests I make, and offers honest advice when appropriate. She has never made me feel guilty about my total neglect of my hair (which has happened at other salons). As an added bonus, she always offers to curl my hair at the end, making me feel even more glam. The salon itself is clean and staff is courteous. There's a cute selection of jewelry and accessories for sale that you can browse while you wait. Making an appointment is easy --- you can request times you want online, and they'll confirm with you via email or phone. This time, despite a relatively restrictive schedule, they were able to find me an evening appointment with my preferred stylist within 1 week of my request. Prices have always been reasonable as well. Definitely planning to return on a regular basis and would highly recommend Salon 926 and Tiana to all!
