I said no I didn't find what I was looking for I stood around by the shoes for almost 30 minutes but thanks anyways. She then " escorted me " to the door like what?? was I gonna book it back in? Nooooo Not to mention the shoes are so unorganized everything is mixed up. Idk why I keep coming to this store I leave disappointed and empty handed every time but hey at least my wallet is still happy. I'll just order online directly next time. The guys who work here have been hand making these shotguns for a long time and do it with style! The wood they use is beautiful and hand selected to have the proper grain and style. They refer to wood that isn't worthy as "firewood". The whole process of making one of these takes a few months and the craftsmanship is pretty unreal. I took my M&P into their shop for their "gunsmiths" to put new sights on. They dinged them up…read morepretty good and told me that it was normal for M&P sights to go in with difficulty. I learned that it is very easy to put them in, just hafta follow the directions! When I complained, they told me I was the first customer to be unhappy with their work. Who cares if I was the first! They may know about guns but they do not put their customers first and they don't provide quality service. I have to say that the range is awesome and state of the art. The people working at the range are helpful.
