Called them out to inspect a gas line for permit inspection, somehow their tech removed my water heater from my house and took it back to their shop by mistake!. After calling they finally brought my appliance back but it was damaged, scratched and leaking, they refused to fix they mistake and forced me to bring a Civil Suit against the for the damages their tech (Jacob) caused at my property. This is now became civil matter and been turned over to local court house
