Went in because the backing of my conch piercing was pulling under the skin after the post was shortened after a few weeks by recommendation of the piercer. Went in and was told I'd have to 'sit tight' till he could get to me because he was alone and booked all day and I didn't have an appointment. When asked my options, he said it had to be fixed ASAP. You'd think that being the situation, he'd take the few minutes to correct the situation and push an appointment by up to 15 minutes. But I was told I may have to wait 3 hours, he just couldn't say. I come here every time I'm in town visiting my parents. The shop is super clean. The selection of jewelry is great and they always take great care of you whether it's for a jewelry change, checkup or a new piercing. It's always been by appointment only, since covid though they have been even more diligent in making sure all guests adhere to appointments and stay away if they are not feeling 100%. had a piercing from a tattoo shop that was done by the artist that had just tattooed me. wasn't given any aftercare instructions. the piercing had gotten infected & was painful. went in for a consultation with Mandy who was amazing. she cleaned the piercing for me & discussed the proper aftercare instructions with me for free. she then explained that the low quality jewelry the original piercer had put in was causing a skin reaction, so i paid $15 only for her to replace the jewelry with a high quality piece. will mostly likely go in to get it repierced to fix the positioning. we plan on getting all future piercings done here. they obviously care so much about any client even if you weren't pierced by them. this is the best experience i had ever had at a shop, & I'm just sooooo impressed. read more

Best place in town. I was nervous after looking up the reviews and seen a bad one about Chris. My husband got me a gift card to have tattoo done by him. I was so pissed off at my husband, that he didn't do his research. Well, my stepson went to Chris two weeks before I did mine, Chris did not disappoint at all! My stepsons looks amazing. Not only did he have one done, he went back and had another. I knew mine would turn out just fine. It turned out amazing!! The detail and shading is exactly what I wanted. I can not say enough good things about the owner and the business! I brought my oldest daughter here for her 16th birthday to get her lip pierced and has a great experience! So much so the when my youngest wanted her ears pierced I knew I wanted to come back. They were so patient and kind and let my youngest decide when she was ready. I just had my ears pierced here and I was blown away with the professional and knowledable staff. Making an appointment was very easily done online, and everyone was so friendly. Even when I had to reschedule, they were so kind and understanding. And I was notified regularly by text and email. Once we arrived, the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The facility is very well lit and clean, too! My piercer made sure to get my history of piercings and any medical allergies I had. I felt very well taken care of. She even noticed how nervous I was and let me lay down and helped me breathe through each piercing. Which weren't painful at all! Yes, I could feel the needle going through, but there wasn't pain the way there is with a gun. And within 20 minutes, I have forgotten I got them pierced because there is no pain or irritation at all. I definitely plan to return for any new piercings I'll be getting and probably for any new tattoos as well! read more

I had such a great experience with Michael and Mandy! I needed my upper lobes repierced as they had closed up several years ago. Michael was very thorough in explaining the procedure prior to beginning and made me feel very comfortable. The actual piercing went really smooth with minimal pain. Mandy is incredible. We were in town for a vacation and I lost the ball for one of my pieces of jewelry. I went in to Lotus to get a new one and ended up getting my helix piercing while I was there. About a week later my new jewelry I bought for my daith started hurting my ear. We were driving back from Cali and stopped. Mandy looked at it and immediately pulled all of that type of jewelry from the shelf. It wasn't up to par with what their shop sells. If you want a good tattoo DO NOT go to Chris. Even though I provided him with over a dozen photos of what I wanted and was very clear about the shape and color, he used something totally different. This was by far not my first tattoo but it was the first time one was wrapped up before I could even see it.
