I had surgery on November 17, 2025, and my experience has been deeply upsetting and disappointing…read more My incisions healed poorly and remain very noticeable. There has been little to no meaningful improvement in my facial appearance, which was the entire purpose of undergoing this procedure. On day nine post-op, I developed cellulitis in my face. I was not given adequate aftercare or timely support, and I ultimately had to seek care from my primary doctor and then go to the ER. That experience was frightening and avoidable. In the months that followed, I repeatedly raised concerns about my results and complications, but I did not feel heard. I was consistently reassured that everything was fine despite ongoing issues. I was later offered a revision, which included adding more filler and lowering my hairline over the incision areas. That proposal did not address my concerns about the outcome or the complications I experienced. After seeking multiple independent consultations with other plastic surgeons, I was informed that I was not an appropriate candidate for the procedure I originally received, and that a different technique (deep plane) would have been more appropriate for my anatomy and goals. I am sharing this because I believe patients should have full transparency, take time with multiple consultations, and understand all surgical options before proceeding. Based on my experience, I would urge anyone considering this type of procedure to proceed with caution and do extensive research.

It had been many years that I had gone to an actual spa for a pedicure and not one of those quick little walk in places that does an OK job. And when I first walked in, I was pleasantly surprised at the ambience of the spa. There was a little bit of soft music going, and presumably a candle burning, because it just smelled wonderful in there. I checked in and then was directed to go have a seat in the waiting area. The waiting area was actually a husband's waiting room, complete with a bar. Lol I met up with my friend there and we had a minute to chat before we were called back for our service. We were each seated at our own pedicure station and asked what we would like to drink. They do have complementary Mamosa's, but I am unable to drink orange juice, so I just got a glass of champagne. We sat with our feet soaking in catching up for about 5 to 10 minutes. I absolutely loved that part of the service as the places I typically go to immediately start working on your feet. This was great that our feet were able to soak and we were getting a chance to relax and get settled in. The entire experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The young woman who was doing my pedicure took her time on painting my nails, and they still look great a week later. My friend and I have already agreed that we are definitely coming back again to get facials and pedicures.

The upstairs has a gorgeous sitting room with a balcony that overlooks quaint scenery. It is really special, a perfect destination for a girls trip or bridal party or even just a day a pampering.

I booked a lash lift and tint two days in advance and they didn't send forms to be filled out until an hour and twenty minutes before the appointment. As I was running errands and then driving to the location, the messages obviously weren't seen. I get to their location and can't even find their shop, I have to use the restroom and the initial text before the form link includes "let me know when you're here and I'll let you know when I'm ready for you inside" ?? So I'm sitting there responding letting them know I'm there, pulling up the form and receiving an immediate response stating the form needs to be filled out before we can start. I end up filling out their form and having to use the restroom inside the doctors office that takes up the entire building where this shop is located with ONE white sign on a window when the entire building is covered in signage for this doctors office. I walk back outside wondering wtf and check my phone w zero acknowledgment of my form being submitted, no invitation into the shop I've been told not to enter until THEY'RE ready and text back AGAIN saying I'm here where are you where Morgan decides to w respond passive aggressive and unhelpful messages like "Just was waiting for that to come through. You can come inside." (when it's after my appointment time at this point) and "Sage beauty bar, like mentioned above" when I said come in where bc their shop is NOT noticeable what so ever, especially to a newcomer. ALSO, I booked my appointment w Outlaw Beauty and ended up coming to "Sage Beauty Bar" so if they're going to be inconsistent w their name they need to have better signage and better directions given. I absolutely wouldn't return just for the customer service alone and how uninviting the environment is overall. She also kept trying to make conversation throughout the appointment like I wasn't clearly answering in ways signaling I didn't want to talk.
