There's a constant influx of untrained, inexperienced or uninterested workers there. When the services aren't spectacular, the customer service should be. I was also mistreated by the owner. My visit in (same day) went smooth and was introduced to Alexis W, she was young, personable and listened to me or laughed at me while I cried.
