Halfway through the massage, the therapist demanded for a $30 tip. I offered $10.00 instead. She took my tip, and then became verbally abusive. She informed me that she would do no more massage till my time was over. She told me that people like me should not come again because I could only tip ten dollars. She continued to shell at and verbally abuse me. I told her that I would rather leave. She yelled, " Good! Don't come again!" On my way out, another offered water. I decline, fearing for my life. Avoid like a plague. At best, it is a "bet and switch" establishment. This my my first and last visit!​

I didn't have an appointment and was accepted as a walk-in with no wait. She was very accommodating: offered to turn on the space heater, if I wanted massage oil, how much pressure I wanted. She checked in with me a few times throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable. What stood out to me was that Lisa added some stretches for my upper back and neck.
