Used perfect amount of pressure. Small but personable space. Just what I needed. Would recommend.

I had a super stressful day yesterday so I had to book in for my massage asap. The online booking system was very easy and convenient . My session began with a hot Foot soak while I enjoyed an amazing scalp massage. Room was kept warm with nice heat lights, and the table was comfortable with a nice soft blanket. Candy is very professional offering an eye mask and some nice aromatherapy fragrance. The full body massage focused on Meridian Points, stretching, deep tissue, reflexology, all provided with Great intention. I myself have a background in Chinese medicine, Massage and I'm a wellness intuitive. I've trained in many parts of the world and have been to some of the best spas. I must say, I am Truly delighted that my husband found candy and I'm already looking forward to my next session! I find that having a professional massage at least once a month is essential for my wellbeing while completely melting away stresses and tensions that accumulate. Be sure to drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins. Be well and enjoy!!!

At…read morethe time of my massage, my back had a lot of trigger points in my latissimus dorsi muscle. The skill of the older Chinese lady (Mary) was amazing! She definitely knew her craft very well. I definitely felt she put a lot of effort into my treatment, as well as help relieve a lot of my current back pain. Now, where I took issue with this lady, and the business itself, involves both the character of my masseuse and her business approach, hence the 3 star rating. Now my entire bill was $150 for a 2hr massage, which I started out wanting only a 1hr massage for $80. I conceded to this extra hour as she told me it would take this long to get the best effective treatment, which I saw the logic of given my back's condition. At the end of my treatment, I was getting my debit card to pay. It is a common business courtesy to give a tip based on if you felt you got excellent service, I get that ideology. On the screen, when it asked for a tip, it started out asking for a $50 tip, and excessively more, or a custom option, which I chose. I did not have the luxury of giving such a large tip, and I had a limited budget, so I gave a $23 tip, for a total bill of $173. Before this payment process began, I told Mary I would see her again because she did such a great job, but...after the tip, her demeanor quickly changed to feel insulted. I tried to explain to her I would give her a bigger tip next time, but she sharply replied, "Ok! Bye!" Now, the way I see it, you have two choices as a masseuse given the different levels of income of people, and the fact that I was a new client unaware of the level of clientele they were expecting. She could've been a bit more gracious that I chose to spend more money & time, given the fact I originally chose only 1hr. Secondly, I told her originally that I would come back, but I am afraid that option is gone now given her attitude and lack of reality in this economy and knowing that I am not a physician or chiropractor. Another huge issue for me was the lack of privacy during my visit. The door to the treatment room I found was left open, while some clients came into the main area, I was unsure about whether they could see me partially clad or not? Also, at the end of my visit, the younger Chinese lady that worked there made a statement while I was trying to reassure Mary about a larger tip. She commented that I was rich enough. I answered that I wished that were true, which put my visit into a firm perspective. My advice to this business is as follows: kindness goes a long way, but greed is a huge character flaw and shows a lack of sincerity when your dealing with a people-centered service. Lastly, be more aware of your patrons' privacy.

There are many natural ways to relieve pain. One form of pain management is Reflexology. There are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond with all the glands, organs & parts of the body. When nerve impulses are blocked due to stress or sickness, pain can occur. All that may need to be done is to unblock nerve impulses. This increases circulation to promote homeostasis or natural healing in the body. This is done by a unique foot massage called Reflexology. Pain Management is looking at the overall picture and promoting total Body Homeostasis & creating an atmosphere that can help the body to heal. Reflexology is not a replacement for medical care. Many times stress is behind pain & reflexology can help. Have you ever noticed when you start an exercise program it is hard at first but then gets easier...

This is a classic example of a push massage, where you have unlicensed and untrained workers giving you a very basic relaxation massage that mostly involves pushing on you while you are fully clothed. I am pretty limber so the many stretching positions didn't bother me, and I felt great afterwards. I would recommend this type of massage for athletes. The one hang up is that my table was by the door and the foot traffic was distracting. Also, It would be nice if they spread out their clients to every other bed for a little more privacy. Not anything to loose a star over. Every new business' opening day has issues. I'm sure they are open to customer feedback in order to improve their service. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience. My massage therapist did a great job and the staff was welcoming. A awesome addition to Warrensbug. I booked another appointment in two weeks.
