It used to be called lulu spa, and had good reviews so I booked a time. When I went to look for the place the day of it wasn't there anymore. I had 5 mins to my appointment and I called and they didn't answer. I sat there trying to research and called them again, some lady finally picked up I told her there was nobody at the location and she said they had moved locations from bagnel dam to over by Wendy's. So I went and stood out side for a min because there was a spa but it had a different name. I found that the name had changed and she didn't tell me. I went in and waited for someone to come to the front I asked her if it was the same place. She said yes. The price for the one hour was $10 cheaper $70, so I decided to go ahead with it. They told me 10 min wait but it was now exactly my appointment time. They brought me back a few minutes later and said where to go and to get ready, for them that was cue to get undressed, I did and got on the table. Then I sat and I waited 10 mins. Room was nice, then the lady came in and started my massage and asked how hard I told her to start strong I would tell her if it hurt. The lady started my massage and was banging her stomach into my head really hard with each stroke on my back, it was weird, and it hurt and was making my lower jaw hit the head hole on the massage table. She also kept talking in her language (Vietnamese maybe) really loud and it wasn't relaxing, The door was also open and I was only in my underwear and my towel. I was about ready to tell her that she was hurting me then at 10 mins she just walked out, no explanation I sat up and was ready to go get my clothes and another walked in a few minutes later. I checked my phone, 13 mins in. I was ready to walk out. Then she asked I finish I'm sorry, lay down, so I did. She asked how hard to massage and she started. Then the texts came, she was texting and yelling at her phone in her language and massaging with one hand, about 5 mins of this and I lifted my head and said if this is how the massage is going I'm going to leave, this isn't relaxing at all. I said you are texting and shouting and massaging me with only one hand. She apologized and said my kids or something and she placed her phone on the counter and continued the massage and never picked up her phone again, so that was good but such a weird experience. Even though she finished the massage well I will never go back. Very weird experience.

He really took his time and made sure each of us got the kind of attention that's sadly rare at nail salons. We spent about two hours with him, one after the other, and it was totally worth it.
