Went to the grand opening of the Uncharted store. The store is very spacious. It has a variety of…read moreclothes, kitchenware, jewelry, home and gifts to get. It is very much similar to The Paper Store, but more focused on gifts and clothes. There is also a small section of greeting cards if needed. They have two fitting rooms behind the jewelry area. You will need to grab an associate to let you in. The fitting room I went into was very nicely decorated and had a nice big cushioned bench and large mirror. There were plenty of hooks to hang clothes to try on. There is plenty of room to take in a stroller for the mom's shopping with little ones. The store is spaced very well that I had no issue pushing the stroller around. The prices of the merchandise varies depending what you buy. They have a lot of the big name merch like barefoot dreams, UGG and Pura to name a few. The staff all were very nice and welcoming. They were very attentive to greet each customer and able to tidy up areas where customers shopped to keep the store looking nice. Definitely would come back again since they have some cute stuff. For the grand opening (March 29 & 30, 2025) they have free gift cards for the first 100 customers each day and also provide a breakfast treat from Grace's Marketplace. There is also a 40% off coupon online that you can stack with your purchase.

Not only did the flowers never arrive, I was charged and the owner provided no explanation when I called him, telling me he would go into the shop and call me back. He did not call back that day, and I had to leave a voicemail. Fast forward to today, and the owner left me a voicemail explaining that his employee had mismanaged the information and I'd be receiving the refund requested. Unacceptable. Sending the flowers the next day was not an option, as she returned to Connecticut. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Sure enough, Phil called me this week and my mugs and bowls arrived in immaculate condition to my apt in NYC all the way from France.
