The owner (who is a Seaford staple and was even the grand marshal of the hot cocoa race last year) allowed him to play with the scooters and all other toys until he decided on the perfect one. Does Target allow kids to test out toys before buying? No way. You'll never get the type of attention and care that you get at Fun Stuff Toys. The staff are all great. They Never answer the phone, should I have a question better to just go in person, as Idid today only to find that they didn't have the item that I was looking for. They do not open until 11 AM. Ok so toys and what not are not a must have at 9 am - most times anyway. I do not recall them having much if any card selections. True there are many places around to buy cards.
