I love supporting small businesses and always try to shop locally, but customer service matters. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. There are plenty of other toy stores in the area that appreciate their customers, and that's where I'll be taking my business in the future. Very disappointing experience! I bought two baby doll strollers for them under 3 weeks ago ($79.99 and $59.99). My daughters are 2.5 and play with them in the house with light baby dolls. They put some plastic toy food in the bottom basket but nothing heavy. One of the strollers broke already, seems ripped. I brought it back to show the owner and he was not nice at all. He asked me how long I expect toys to last and my reply was that for a high quality stroller, more than 3 weeks. He continued to tell me how his grandson flew a toy plane into a wall and after a week and he had to buy a new one for him. He tried offering me a 20$ cheap stroller that is on Amazon for even less. In the future I will buy online where you receive better exchange/ return policy's. Photos so you can tell the stroller is lightly used and brand new. Hope no one else has to have an experience like this one.

She was so helpful when it came time to go over the order and made sure to review every detail with me so that my order would match the vision I had for the shower. She had great advice for color schemes and patiently answered all of my questions. The bill was very reasonable too. On the day of the event, she delivered the balloons on time and even offered to help with setting them up. I would highly recommend this business for your next party or event.

Went to the grand opening of the Uncharted store. The store is very spacious. It has a variety of…read moreclothes, kitchenware, jewelry, home and gifts to get. It is very much similar to The Paper Store, but more focused on gifts and clothes. There is also a small section of greeting cards if needed. They have two fitting rooms behind the jewelry area. You will need to grab an associate to let you in. The fitting room I went into was very nicely decorated and had a nice big cushioned bench and large mirror. There were plenty of hooks to hang clothes to try on. There is plenty of room to take in a stroller for the mom's shopping with little ones. The store is spaced very well that I had no issue pushing the stroller around. The prices of the merchandise varies depending what you buy. They have a lot of the big name merch like barefoot dreams, UGG and Pura to name a few. The staff all were very nice and welcoming. They were very attentive to greet each customer and able to tidy up areas where customers shopped to keep the store looking nice. Definitely would come back again since they have some cute stuff. For the grand opening (March 29 & 30, 2025) they have free gift cards for the first 100 customers each day and also provide a breakfast treat from Grace's Marketplace. There is also a 40% off coupon online that you can stack with your purchase.

The service was super nice all throughout and helpful! The process of having it stuffed is also so cute and something I haven't done since I was a kid. This thing really is the cutest , I had to include the little ramen you can place on the stuffed animals, it was so adorable. Never ever will I ever step inside a Build-A-Bear again. I will never purchase anything from them either. Yet, I was told I could return a Bear after purchased.
