Not Worth the Hype or the Money - Very Disappointed…read more I went to this teeth whitening lady in Atlanta after seeing all the great reviews and results she posted on Instagram. Everything looked promising, so I booked my appointment with high hopes. She took me through 4 rounds of whitening, and while the process seemed smooth, I started having doubts about the product she was using. I paid extra for the 25% peroxide treatment, but it looked suspiciously like a lower concentration. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to assume the worst, but once I got home and did my own research, I confirmed she had used 15% instead. That's not what I paid for. To make matters worse, there was no noticeable difference in the shade of my teeth--definitely not what was advertised. When I reached out to express my disappointment, she offered to send me a take-home kit to "finish up" the treatment. It sounded like a decent attempt to make things right, but I never received it. No kit, no refund--just $130 wasted. not only that i drove 3 hours for a waste Long story short: don't be fooled by what you see online. I wish I had trusted my instincts. Save your money and go to a professional that actually delivers what they promise. Stay far, far away.

To this day I don't know if I paid for 1 liter of Botox or 1000!!! My first treatment didn't go so well and she was forced to remove some fillers- my face looked distorted. She and the staff are suggesting for me to try another service and I'm saying let's get this one right first- When I didn't want to continue that's when I was notified that there's no refund. And that's when I reminded her that I didn't sign that on the cell phone her assistant did!! Their attitudes totally shifted - Im trying to figure out how to get a refund because I don't like the practice I can't trust a medical staff that's I'm not liking the results and the staff member is attitudinal?
