My…read moreexperiences with Day Hollow Animal Hospital have been so good I would give more than 5 stars. The first time I had to use them I had to have my sweet cat put to sleep. I was destroyed about it. I was treated with such compassion it floored me. I was allowed to have a quiet moment with her when she went which meant a lot to me. I did not feel pressured. I could tell that the staff knew how heartbroken I was. Thank you to all of you. The second time I needed them was today. My other cat got an ear mite infestation from a kitten I adopted after losing my other cat. He was miserable. I was sure he was gonna tear them up when they started to mess with his ear but behold, he trusted them and was well mannered overall. I was blown away. I'm telling you! He has NEVER been a good kitty at the Vets before this. I was speechless. Tonight after his treatment today, he is feeling SOOOO much better He is his happy self again. I hope all of you know what a GEM your clinic is. Your love of animals shines! And the animals know it! Thank you so much.

Pogo barely tolerated the scary last vet we saw but Day Hollow isn't scary at all. All professional and yet loving.

Talking to them actually made me sick. How can you trust people like that with anything, let alone a pet you love? Find a vet who cares about the lives of animals as living beings, not just as an accessory.

My family has visited the Animal Care Council at 131 Washington Ave. in Endicott, New York many…read moretimes and are very pleased as to how they handle the felines with great compassion and love. We wished that more towns and cities displayed their level of conscienciousness toward the care of so mamy unwanted, displaced and feral cats. Where almost all areas ignore the problem, concentrating on canines alone, they open their doors to these poor precious animals, giving them a chance at a good life rather than death before their time. The ACC should be commended for their selfless work and care. I pray that they will soon be invited to open in many other areas as well, as homelessness among felines is much higher than it has ever been. I hope that more individuals and families will take action and adopt these precious creatures who are meant to live with humans--as are canines--they simply are not prepared to hunt for their own food as wild animals are. Have a heart. They are pure love and you will not regret inviting a cat into your home. They become family.
