It's leaks oil all over my garage (it's a new mower) and has an uneven cut makes my yard look like crap. DO YOUR REVIEWS PEOPLE DONT BUY CUB CADET ITS TRASH MADE LIKE ITS FROM TEMU. I was coming in a out for a few things so I really only noticed the fish & reptile areas. - The fish section of the store seemed to be taken care of pretty well. The tanks were fairly clean and all the fish looked to be in good health. No noticeable fungus or infections on any that I saw. There was an associate bagging fish for a customer and seemed to have a good knowledge base on the fish that the store carried. As for the products, they seemed to have the same brands most of the other stores do with relatively the same price. - The reptile section also seemed to be in good order. As a reptile owner, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the reptiles had the correct temperature and humidity levels. The animals were all out and about (an employee was feeding them) and they all looked to be very healthy. I talked to the employee who was feeding them and she seemed to know her stuff, I even asked her a few questions (that I already knew the answers to) and was happy to know that she was giving me the correct information. They carried the usual Zoo-Med and Exo-Terra (as well as a few other brands).

First they advertise you do NOT need to get an appointment for just nail trims. So I only need nail trims for my dog. They were good at first but as the staff changed and it changes constantly, they kept telling me I need an appointment. I talked to the manager a few times and she said they were telling me incorrectly and to let her know. The next three times they were giving me trouble and had an attitude which then made me get angry as well. I kept telling them he is a bit skiddish with other dogs that bark at him as he is a rescue and they did not know how to handle him like the previous staff which were good. One particular staff (which her apparence probably scared the dog) was not good with him. She cut the nail too close and never told me that and never told the staff either. She blamed it on my dog because he "nipped" her. She was not honest with the situation and they sided with her. I complained to them about this and they also blamed my dog. This is after the previous staff told me he was a very good dog. After that I had more issues with this particular staff and they just didn't want to service me. I was arguing with them this last time and they cancelled my appointment which they did before. I called corporate to complain and asked for my money back. I will NEVER go back there as they do NOT know how to handle certain dogs. My recommendation would be to avoid this store at ALL costs!

I adopted a cat from there recently. it was hard to just pick one, the cats are all so beautiful…read moreand good natured. The people there truly treat the cats as their own. They are obviously well loved and cared for. They also take the hard luck cases that other shelters won't. They work hard with the feral cats to get them socialized and ready to go to a good home. The new regulations the state has come up with are going to be financially challenging to any shelter, and especially so for the smaller ones. Any donations to them would help, they are not as well known as the bigger shelters and get overlooked at funding time. Volunteers are always needed, and it's a great way to interact with and socialize with the cats.
