Today my friend had to cancel her appointment because she was not feeling good, she even sent a text to our person and told her that I was still coming. I leave home today to go to my appointment at 5:45 pm you must buzz to get into the salon. When I get there the mother who owns the shop says to me I am sorry but you never answered her text ( which her is the daughter) .I showed the mother my phone and I never got a text from her daughter so right away her mother starts defending her and states that your friend got sick don't know if you got covid or not, I said what are you talking about??? Again I showed my phone to her mother with her daughter's personal phone and no message. My friend ate some fried food and she got sick the night before and that is why she canceled her appointment. I want to make something clear, the place is clean and organized daughter was nice to us but I will never go back. I came about 20 minutes from my home to get nails, and hair done and a eyebrows waxed. I don't live 5 minutes away and for them not to ask and assume it was covid was very bad business, if you don't want someone's business tell them my money spends good anywhere and I will find someone to do my hair and nails and wax. So if you don't get the message and on my way home I get a screen shot, and we all know someone did not hit send.
