We were instructed to go upstairs where we would meet our daughter's bridal consultant. Jen introduced herself and let me tell you there is nothing unforgettable about her. From her welcoming presence, to her huge smile, and especially the way she made our daughter feel very special. Jen led us to our seats which were so comfortable. It felt like we were going to experience this bridal dress shopping in the comfort of our own home. In front of us was this large room full of mirrors, a pedestal, and curtains held open by metal tiebacks. Jen took her daughter and started looking at dresses. Jen asked our daughter so many questions. She wanted to know our daughter personally, so she could select the correct gowns. Jen assisted our daughter getting her gown on and she'd open up those curtains and it was like this grand experience. The last gown our daughter tried on was the most beautiful and perfectly designed for her. It's like consultant Jen knew that this was the finale gown. We explained to Jen that we had another bridal appointment at one of the chain bridal store. Jen took our daughter's measurements for the finale gown our daughter loved. Our daughter did not receive her bridal moment at the chain store and the dresses she tried on did not compare to her finale gown at your shop. Our daughter called your shop back and asked if she could come back and try on that finale gown one more time. Jen was right there to welcome us. Jen had our daughter in the gown with the veil and she grandly opened up those curtains and there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Our daughter said, "I say yes to the dress". The venue is beautiful, but you HAVE to use their DJ because he owns it. Boo. That thwarted, I dragged my bridesmaids in for their dresses. We found one we liked, I asked about price and the shop owner said they didn't have it ready. I gave her my information (AGAIN) and asked that she call me back. A week later, I called her. They'd lost my information and wouldn't even tell me what the name of the dress line was so I could get it somewhere else. These people were difficult to work with, irresponsible and completely unhelpful.

I have been shopping at Mens Wearhouse (the company) since i was in middle school. If i needed to…read morerent a tux, or buy formal wear, sports costs, shirts, pants, ties, etc... this was the company i trusted to come out looking great. Except for one bad experience many years ago at a store in Cutler Bay, Florida... i have never regretted spending my money at a Men's Wearhouse. So after not buying any of the above type of clothing since June/July of 2019 due to covid and because i have tons of business meetings/conferences coming up, i needed a new wardrobe. I came to this Men's Warehouse in Lima because it was the nearest location to my home. Walking into this location, i have to say that it is the smallest Mens Warehouse location i have ever been inside and i have been to plenty of their stores in Miami. Do not expect a large selection here. Although i was able to find a good amount of the items I needed, there was a significant portion of what I bought that had to be ordered. Also, expect to wait while at this location. Its not fault of the staff either. Every time i have gone, i have seen the same two women working at this store... one of them being the assistant manager. They hustle! They work really hard and they give amazing customer service. They are just obviously overwhelmed. There is enough business/work here for their staff to be easily doubled or tripled. But these two take care of phone calls, alterations, tuxedo rentals, pickup from customers, purchases, orders, etc. Every other Men's Wearhouse i have gone to have at least 3 or more salespeople alone, along with a manager and one person handling the alterations. These two women are handling the work of like six people... and they do it with a smile. Still, be warned... you will wait. Besides buying clothing, i also had to have my custom suit altered a bit along with altering some of the clothing i bought... again it was done well so no complaints from me. All in all, its a great Mens Wearhouse. Considering the business it has... it should expand... both in size of the store, merchandise it has available and most importantly in staff.

Most other retailers have already liquidated their Christmas stock but they keep on holding onto it. There's still have items from Thanksgiving that's only marked down to 40% off. The prices of items are marked higher so that you can use the 15 to 30% off coupon they send you every month for "savings". Kohl's cash promotion is also simply annoying. They time it such that there are no other promotion so you end up paying a higher price for items. If you return things with Kohls cash then you end up having to cough that money back up to Kohl's so you don't even get the full return price. Overall, their business strategy is very disappointing and this is not one of those stores that I enjoy shopping at.
