I have proof of my cancellation, and all calls should be recorded, yet no one has been willing to resolve this issue. I've also sent emails with no response. I was told a supervisor would call me back to get everything sorted out, but I never received that call. At one point, an agent even refused to provide me with a contact who could help and then hung up on me. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
