I texted the doctor accordingly. Fedelis deserves more than 3 stars (an average rating, as other companies my have tried to deny the MRI initially, but not 5 stars, as that is reserved for doing the right thing (approval) from the beginning. Therefore, in fairness to Fedelis, I am compelled to give them a 4-star rating because of their speed and concern after their care team contacted me and because they ultimately did the right thing and granted MRI approval.

I appealed the next day and I just received a call from a nasty representative that informed me that the request was denied and hung up the phone. As of June 1st I'm taking my plan elsewhere.
