I went in for a hot stamp for my passport holder as it was my first time in Portugal. When we arrived, all the SAs were assisting other customers. I went with friends, 4 of us, so we were advised that it'll be a few minutes until someone could assist us, it was no problem, they said we could browse around the 1st floor (not upstairs yet). Mind you, we're dressed very casual for a day out and about and with our backpacks. Within a few minutes, Miguel came to introduce himself and from there it was a delight. One of our group showed interest in a wallet and he immediately pulled out all the different colors and styles in that size, let us handle and compare, no problem at all. We didn't feel rushed, or pushed, he was so graceful and fun! We ended up purchasing a handbag and 2 wallets, we were able to get hot stamping on everything we wanted... Miguel was wonderful. During check out, he explained the VAT (tax refund) process and gave me the form and instructions on how to. This was a memorable experience for my friends and I. We were there last year and the gentleman who helped me was fabulous! Unfortunately I can't remember his name at the moment. I know he was originally from Canada and married a woman from Portugal and now lives in Lisbon. He was extremely helpful and not pushy. The selection was excellent and if you love Louis Vuitton then the value is always worth it. Will I purchase from this establishment again? A 100 percent! Be very careful purchasing from Louis Vuitton, I bought a handbag, boots and a belt from them on Saturday, Sunday morning I opened all of my boxes to make sure I received all the correct items before flying back to the US, they did not give me the handbag I purchased, instead a pair of very small sneakers was in the box that was supposed to be my handbag! They didn't have another handbag in that store and won't ship me a new one even though it's their employee that gave me the wrong bag! Make sure you open your boxes to see that you get what you paid for! read more

One of my best Louis Vuitton experiences ever! I'm an avid Louis Vuitton shopper worldwide. I was greeted on arrival and they scrambled to get me help. I was dressed average, not wearing any popular labels in a skirt, tee and sneakers. Before I even asked for an item or seemed like I was making a purchase I was offered champagne. I came here twice during my trip and purchased two purses and a belt. The inventory wasn't great but they did have items that were sold out in the U.S. They also have the Lisboa hot stamp for any stamp collectors. I had an amazing time shopping and vibing with the sales assistants Daniela, Caterina and Wag. They were all great and ensured a great client experience. I bought a belt from LV Lisbon recently, on 19th June. The VAT refund form was filled on a Global Blue form. When we eventually exited from Faro Airport on 29th June, after getting a customs validation approved, we proceeded to the Global Blue kiosk to get refund. We selected cash refund, but disappointingly NO CASH was dispensed, and strangely only a receipt was dispensed indicating that cash was paid ( when no cash was seen)! We then tried entering our details again to try get the refund via credit card, but it just didnt work anymore. This is kind of "cheating" customers of their deserved VAT refund, and I am glad that I didnt purchase an extra handbag that cost EUR2100 otherwise the "disappointment" would've been greater. I must say that Planet is a much better service in VAT refund. I got my VAT refunds on my Gucci and Furla purchases pretty quick in less than 72 hours through credit card from the Planet office nearby. There is a lot of Planet refund centres around Lisbon. Please LV, do consider changing the VAT refund service company to Planet for the convenience of your foreign customers. I will be returning to Portugal and will be motivated to purchase more from your boutique, if you stop using Global Blue. Thank you for your kind attention. read more

Popped in a few times while in Lisbon, as our hotel was literally right across the street. Inventory seemed limited, but staff was mostly friendly. Oddly enough though, they kept closing early. They were supposed to be open until 8pm, but their doors were often locked by 7:30. Wasn't quite sure what to make of it. Guess if not busy, they'd just decide to close? read more

Worst experience in my life in this LV store in Portugal! I ordered a handbag with Tiago and was told to pay ASAP as it was available for me,I paid straight away on 10.02.2021,then Susana from LV store messaged me saying the bag I was looking has arrived and I said I just bought it with Tiago.When contacted Tiago,had no reply for days till I was told bag is delayed and they don't have it in store. I contacted LV store and spoke to Eugenia,I asked to speak to manager as I find it hard to understand her English and the tone of her voice I wasn't comfortable with. I was told that they'll find out what happened with my bag,they had to reorder it,then they put wrong delivery address with UPS. By the time I tried to get in contact and sort all this out,I had my flight as it has been over a month all this and I was gonna be away for 2 weeks so I had to ask them to deliver to my friends address,the new address was sent by text to Tiago,email to Eugenia and over the phone with Eugenia and they still managed to deliver to the wrong address,which Eugenia said she changed it. I had to send my friend to go and find my handbag,thankfully my bag was collected after 6 weeks. Shocking customer service when you get ignored and very unprofessional not like any other LV stores . When we entered the store they told us we need to leave our Gucci bags at door (basically unattended and never took our name) due to "security reasons" (really???) Terrible service - waited a half hour to get a salespeeson to talk to and then they had NO INVENTORY. Worst LV I have ever been in. read more
