I want to share my lovely experience today at Louis Vuitton in Naples. I went in there with my bag I purchased in 2013. I wanted to see about getting repaired as the handles were leaving black marks on my clothing and I had stopped carrying it over a year ago because of this. When I arrived the sales associates were busy helping other customers so I browsed the store. As soon as Susan was done she came over to see if she could help me. I explained the situation and she explained there was a known problem and immediately offered a store credit for the purchase price. She was very helpful (and patient) in choosing new bag(s) for the store credit. I believe every one of the employees in the store around noon on this day asked if they could assist me at one point or another while I was there. They were most helpful. - I would definitely recommend Susan and the sales associates at this store! read more

I am a prestige client and shop at Hermes and Louis Vuitton. I purchased an item at the Waterside Shops where I shop frequently. While the manager, Charlie(who is wonderful by the way!!), was on vacation, I had a problem with a return in another LV store not knowing that it had to be returned to the Waterside LV Store. The young woman helping me was so extremely rude that I was amazed as I have definitely been a client in the past and continue to purchase LV merchandise on a fairly regular basis during Season. The final straw was when I expressed my dismay over her rudeness(since I know her) and she told me that she had many staff members for witnesses....really! This is the bottom line....they have my merchandise(which was left at their other store) and they have my money. I will not be back.....! read more

Went here the other day with my mother.. Hardly greeted by a shifty old French woman who was INCREDIBLY RUDE! I asked for a specific item and when THEY didn't have it the old woman who's wasted her life in retail became incredibly cold and started to talk about us to her other associate. Seriously wondering how they are even making profit at this store, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If you've never been to LV before, don't start here. I shop here alot for wallets and other stuff. I just bought a really nice briefcase and overnight bag here. The staff is very attentive and the selection is excellent. The store is always clean and the showcases are spotless. If your in the market for LV, don't hesitate to shop here. read more

I usually buy my girls, sisters or mother something but I didn't i suppose the new season hasn't arrived. This store is located in Waterside Shops and is fairly new to Naples i like it and plan on returning. If you ask some items are lower then marked as the season maybe out but just save it for next year and its usually part of the vintage collection. read more

My husband and I came into the store today and were prepared to spend $$$ but were totally ignored and several young salespeople were gossiping with one customer not shopping but drinking champagne they offered her. Terrible customer support, everyone who worked in the store was very rude and acted very snobbish.

I live in Naples and go there at least 3-4 times a month. Ive bought in Miami Design District, NYC, Paris and in Naples. I never had a bad experience. In fact I bought several shirts and they all had a hole in the pocket in the exact same place. I also bought the basketball jersey with python lettering and the lettering started to peel away. The manager took all items and sent them for immediate repair NO CHARGE. I have never seen any of the staff rude to anyone. The only other store I saw with this level of customer service was Chanel in NYC. And I am not an employee or relative of the staff. Cause I know with all the 1 star reviews everyone will wonder why I gave it 5 read more

I just left the Louis Vuitton store in Naples where my sister and I went to purchase new bags. After standing there admiring several handbags, the three nearby employees who were free of customers never acknowledged us and in fact walked away and continued their personal conversations about the prior ladies they had waited on. I will never give them my business and I suggest everyone boycott this store until they learn what good customer service is all about. I put them with the likes of companies like Comcast. I would 100% give this place 0 stars if I could. I was completely disrespected here by the majority of the employees. I walked the in the store to purchase a belt and asked an employee if they had my size. She was running around and she said she would look. She finally went the back to and came out shortly and said "I don't think we have your size." What does the even mean "I don't think we have your size." It's you do or you don't. She then left and proceeded to help another customer. I then sat there waiting for 20 minutes. I then got up and asked another employee for assistance. She then asked me if my name was on the waiting list and I responded with no. She then asked me what my name was so she could add me. So she ok and assuming she added my name. About 40 minutes past and I was extremely upset on the wait time. I asked the woman at the front where my name was on the list. I told her my name and she said it wasn't even on the list. Now I'm even more upset with the service. Then the original lady "trying to assist me" walked past me and said to another employee "He's still here?" This made my jaw drop. How could the employees in this high end store be so disrespectful. I said to the woman excuse me? She just walked away. Then after 10 minutes she returned to me and said I don't think we have your size. At this point I waited over 2 hours for nothing and decided to exit the store and said thanks for wasting my fucking time. Came in there in a T Shirt and some shorts with my wife, the young lady there working was very rude & gave us a smirk like I wasn't good enough to be in the store. Just didn't care to be in the store any longer. Not the best place unless you go in a tux then I guess they'll treat you better , don't judge a book by its cover , I could've been prepared to spend 5k or 10$ ya never know. I have been a very frequent customer of Louis Vuitton even before they opened their own store at Waterside Shops and worked out of Saks. I routinely receive thank you, birthday and holiday cards and have known many of the staff and managers. The present manager, Charlie, had been unctuous and ingratiating and expectedly charming until I had my very first complaint in all of these many years. As well as many, many bags and other pieces, I have over a dozen pieces of luggage. You might imagine my dismay when I noticed that 2 of the pieces, which were roll-aboards, have rubber- like feet which were actually disintegrating to the touch. These pieces had never been used! Charlie insisted that I must have "done something" to have caused this. I purchased this luggage in the hope to enjoy the luggage for many years. I take impeccable care of my things. In fact, I have inherited pieces from my mother which are still in use. Obviously, these are either defective or an inferior product. I am stunned that the company, as represented by Charlie, takes no responsibility and feel no pride in their products. I am further frustrated and aggravated, having just returned from a trip. I sat next to a woman at the gate in Heathrow who had had a similar problem and had had her luggage repaired without question and with great apology. Beware and be wise. If you want Vuitton, take a trip to the east coast for your shopping. Thank you. If there were the option to do so, I would give NO stars! read more

This store is a disgrace. Went with my wife to buy her a LV bag. She was already carrying one that I got her a few months ago. Plan was to spend 2-3 thousand dollars. We walked in and were totally ignored by the first employee who walked right past us to greet a person coming in behind us. Could it be they were dressed expensive and I was wearing a t shirt, shirts and flips. Hmmm. Another employee named Liss then walked past us and we stopped her and she made it clear through her attitude and body language she had no interest in helping us. I forced the issue. Started asking her questions, basically forced her to show us a few bags. She did so begrudgingly. Every word out of her mouth was an effort. So we finally took the hint and took our money elsewhere.
