From start to finish over a few different days, Dave was so wonderful to work with, purchasing my very first LV bag. Thankfully I was gifted to pick out a bag and have the "experience" and it was something I will never forget. I spent a lot of time trying on all the bags, seeing the sizing and how it looks with my stature, measuring up all the details. I didn't realize how important using an arm strap was to me until I didn't have it on some of the bags I tried on. I'm also a big crossbody girlie. I'm OBSESSED with my final decision for the Coussin PM with silver hardware. I purchased it over the weekend and had it shipped to the store and scheduled a pick up appointment for a few days later/during the week when I had more time. I spent the next few days in anticipation for my appointment, and Dave kept me updated via text message. He really made this experience feel so special for me, I'm so grateful. During my appointment, Dave spent even more time with my husband and I, as we heard all about the LV brand, the specific purse I chose and the designer behind it, how to care for it, about the free conditioning to the bag if needed, the special straps that are not sold separately but I can purchase if something happens to mine. There is so much to know and learn and we had a fantastic time! He mentioned another client just brought this bag in that they have had for years and still looks absolutely perfect. Everyone was very attentive when I walked through the door. Didn't find when I was looking for, but there was definitely enough staff and I felt a little intimidated. There were far too many. I went in today to pick up a wallet I was waiting on to come in for a couple of days. And I was greeted by Devin hopefully I spelt that right but he was absolutely amazing while I was waiting I went to go check out a couple fragrances and he was able to hook me up with 2 free samples of the fragrance i wanted and one my lady wanted. But he was absolutely incredible I haven't always had the best experience at this Louis Vuitton store but, Devin was the man!! super professional and friendly! Never been in the actual store itself so can't comment on that, but the service I received from Kolby was great! Long story short I've been searching all over for the infamous Pochette Métis. For the last 10 months I've searched in Paris, Italy, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and in California where I reside. This bag is sooooo difficult to find! Finally I called LV and wanted to see if there's even any available in the US?! I received a call that very same day from Kolby in Nashville stating they have 1 in their store. Say no more, ship it to me I said!!! So he did. Halfway through the week I was so anxious to find out when my bag will be coming so I contacted him and he promptly replied. Finally the bag came. As a regular customer for over 20 years I was highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism in this particular location. I came the first day with my mother, sons, cousins all young adults. The representatives acted like they've never seen such diversity in their store, maybe it's an area thing, or maybe it's this store. I was wearing an LV bag though. Head scratch. No one greeted us. We came back the second day to purchase a small wallet. The salesperson did not attach to my profile even though I told him I had one. I asked him before I left if he did and he said yes. I thought about it in the car and realized I never gave him my phone number. He lied. The plan was to call later in the week to order some jewelry to ship to our home in CA and OR but I'll just call the regular customer service now. I am regretful this was a first experience for my mom. Clearly you should get what you are paying for especially with customer service. read more

Let me preface this by saying that I am a fairly loyal LV customer. The Green Hills store, however, does not evoke the experience that I would expect to receive as a Louis Vuitton customer. The staff there are determined to make sales that will only benefit their store--not the customer. To elaborate, the GH LV store only had one bag left and it was a display bag so I asked them to order it online and ship it to me. The manager and 2 associates said that they could not do this because it wouldn't be available online and I would just get another display bag. I went online and lo and behold... I was able to get the bag shipped directly to me from the LV workshop. I complained to one of the store managers about this and she confirmed that want credit for the store and why they didn't go online to ship my bag. So they lied. I'm not sure if this is a corporate practice or not but their customer service is not up to par! read more

Always have a great experience here. However this time, I received Keturah for my client advisor and she was phenomenal! She showed me a ton of purses that fit my style and made both of us very comfortable. Ended up leaving with a on the go and a Sarah wallet. Will definitely be asking for her from now on. She was very sweet and attentive to whatever I asked about or for. The only problem was they didn't box my purse. Instead they put it in the LV bag with gift box paper. Today was the most worst experience I received in going into a Louis Vuitton store. (Nashville) Tbh I was told by several people prior to going that they don't really care for my skin color in their store. But of course I just had to go. I wanted to treat myself with a new purse. Why did I do that. First of all I never got spoken to from one employee. Three of them were in a huddle talking and I was able to walked past them twice and still didn't get notice. Which is cool whatever, so I decided to call my cousin on FaceTime to show her a particular purse and as I walked around getting her opinion. A Louis Vuitton employee decided to walked over and say you cannot record. First of all rudeness I was not recording I was on FaceTime and you saw that. Now You have time to tell me what to do on my phone that I pay for but you don't have time to speak or ask if I need any help. Ummmm ok. So I decided to walk away before a scene was made. But thought about it and walked back in to ask for a manager which I'm not sure why. As if he cared. Anyhow I asked for the customer service number which he did not have any issues given it to me. So after I received the number. I did say thank you And walked away and went to go spend my money at another purse store. Where I received excellent customer service and was spoken to as soon as I went in. When I told them what happened. Every one of the employees started that is why they don't shop there. Well now I see why too. I guess I was not their kind. Or maybe they didn't feel like I was going to purchase anything. It's so amazing how you get profile based off how you looked. I'm so glad I didn't spend my hard earned money in that store. And I will NEVER walked in that store again. So be aware future customers. Spend your money where you're valued. Great store with great customer service. We were attended to quick and fast. It is usually like this every time we go. We never have a problem with someone attending to us. The only complaint this time is pretty much how their policy works so not even really a store complaint. Usually we walk in and buy whatever they have in their store, but this time, the particular bag that I wanted, they did not have it in store. They didn't have it in any of the LV stores I've visited throughout the Nation. I've travelled a few cities looking for this particular bag, but it's on back order. They told me that they don't know what the time frame is, but you have to put your name down with your credit card to get on the wait list and they're unsure how long the wait is. My husband took me to put this bag on order, we were totally fine with being on the wait list, but my only complaint is the delivery options. They have to ship it out from their store to you. We both work and are never here, so it was hard to catch ups when they came. It would've made it a better purchase for us if they would've gave us the option of in store pick up so that we could pick it up on our own time. I came to the Louis Vuitton store 10 minutes before it was closing. I was met by a security guard by the name "Les". He was quite rude and condescending. He said the sales representative's are all currently busy so that doesn't matter. I was told by salesman that it was a woman's hobo bag. The jokes on me. When I asked to trade for a ladies' bag I was spoken to in a rude and aggressive way. Poor service, they don't greet people. The male (Thomas) didn't take the alarm off even after I took it back he just said it was fine . Then I took it back a second time because I continued shopping and it would ring at all the stores . A lady with a horrible weave said it was fine too . I thought she had removed it . I went back the next day and was asked to wait (by the same lady with the horrible weave ) until she was " done" with a customer whom was roaming the store with no intent to buy . I would've been in and out because of their mistake. I finally came across a woman in the back , with authority of some sort she was lovely. Got it taken care of and apologized. She was very chatty, pleasant and helpful--I purchased my first LV (a Neverfull in the damier) and she was very accommodating as I wanted to compare the GM and MM sizes.
