What an absolutely beautiful flagship! I've been to Paris a few times, and each time ends up stopping here to pick up items for my family... they are huge fans. I do have a few of their SLGs. This time, it's a shopping experience for my sister and she found her splurge gifts. Happy for her bc what's a Paris trip w/o gifts? lol The selection is amazing, but being the flagship... some small items were out of stock, especially new drops and in popular colors. You get better prices here in Paris than at home, the VAT will add to that saving. The service was amazing! I forgot his name but he was funny and charming. They will queue you up to the next sales associate and you just need to wait a few minutes, and get yourself a glass of sparkling water!
Amazing flagship store. There is a little wait outside as is the case in all the luxury boutiques worldwide but once inside, one is blown away by the decorative efforts and design. The store is huge and opulent. When we were installed in confortable sofas, we were served excellent champagne while we waited for our sales assistant. We knew what we wanted and we were presented the leather piece without leaving our seat. Can't have it better. Even the payment is organized sofa side! Never seen anything like it. What an experience! PS Don't forget to fill in the tax free paperwork. It's a breeze to get reimbursed at the airport.
I love LV. Lifelong customer for sure. Are they expensive? Sure. Is their quality and customer service exquisite? Absolutely. This location is their original storefront! They took good care of us during our appointment. We never felt rushed. It was an amazing experience! Namaste!
Strangely, aside from the old historic locations to view in Paris, this Louis Vuitton attraction was on the top of the list for the wife. The exterior structure was a replica of a silver Louis Vuitton trunk which will soon be a magnificent LV hotel. No appointment required to enter the showroom but we waited in a line outside for twenty minutes. The two story showroom was an amazing sight with an array of LV purses, luggage and clothing. The wife was seconds from buying a $4,000 purse, I escaped that one.
Yes, had to see one of my favorite stores in the world. Louis Vuitton! Especially in Paris. We had to wait in a short line, but didn't take long before we are inside. I was surprised the associates were not on top of us like at home. They had every bag and accessory you can imagine available. I was told you get more for your money when you pay cash and then claim it at the airport. We worked out the price of a bag and could save about $600 if purchased. I wasn't on the hunt for anything in particular so passed up the chance to buy in Paris. I did have fun looking at all the item on the many stories of this large store while siping on a complementary glass of champagne.
Went to the store on Tuesday but forgot my passport. Returned Thursday to pick up a hat and a pair of shoes. Waited close to an hour and no one would help. Store was busy so didn't mind waiting. Eventually the manager, Eury, came over and said I would be next. I thanked him and informed him I knew what I wanted and just needed to check out. A couple came in after us and suddenly we became next next. This obviously angered me. Apparently they're not interested in my business so I'll take it elsewhere. Guess the random couple who came in to try stuff on was more important than a guaranteed sale. When I asked Eury for his card he claimed not to have one. Not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name or not. I don't know if was dismissed for being an American, being dressed casually, or being black. Regardless it was not a good experience. Je suis allé au magasin mardi mais j'avais oublié mon passeport. Je suis revenu jeudi pour acheter un chapeau et une paire de chaussures. J'ai attendu près d'une heure et personne ne voulait m'aider. Le magasin était très occupé, donc cela ne me dérangeait pas d'attendre. Finalement, le responsable, Eury, est venu me voir et m'a dit que je serais le prochain. Je l'ai remercié et je lui ai indiqué que je savais déjà ce que je voulais et que j'avais seulement besoin de passer en caisse. Un couple est ensuite entré après nous et, tout à coup, nous sommes devenus " les prochains après les prochains ". Cela m'a évidemment énervé. Apparemment, ils ne sont pas intéressés par mon achat, donc j'irai ailleurs. J'imagine que le couple qui est entré au hasard pour essayer des articles était plus important qu'une vente garantie. Quand j'ai demandé la carte de visite d'Eury, il a prétendu ne pas en avoir. Je ne suis d'ailleurs pas certain que ce soit la bonne orthographe de son nom. Je ne sais pas si j'ai été ignoré parce que j'étais Américain, habillé de façon décontractée, ou parce que j'étais noir. Quoi qu'il en soit, ce n'était pas une bonne expérience.
Our shopping assistant Nadia (5 stars) did an amazing job helping us find just what we needed! Such a wide selection of items, at a lower price tag than the US. Only 3 stars because when we were taken upstairs to personalize our items, the room was hot and they refused to bring us water despite asking multiple times while we waited over an hour to have our passports covers stamped.
While strolling along the Champs-Elysees, we stopped in to purchase sunglasses and perfume. Initially, we were going to turn around because of the line of people. The line outside was long, but based on what we were purchasing, we were allowed to go inside after about a five minute or less wait. The store was typical LV, but on a much grander scale. The place was a little bit of maze in my opinion. It took a few minutes to find our way around. It was relatively crowded inside and outside, but the checkout process was simple and efficient. Since it was a structured visit, it was a pretty quick visit with the exception of taking a little more time to sample other fragrances and sunglasses. The interior and exterior of the store were beautiful. I will definitely visit again.
Who knew there was this amazing Louis Vuitton café tucked away above the LV Dream exhibition? Walking in felt like stepping into a chic, tropical oasis, right above the Seine; this building is pure Parisian luxury. The pastries are all stunning to look at and all just as delicious, especially paired with a rich espresso. Prices are luxuriously high, like 6-11 euro for coffee, 16+euro for signature cakes, and seating isn't reserved, so finding a spot quickly isn't guaranteed. For fans of Louis Vuitton, the experience is both beautiful and indulgent.
We came here to buy a gift for Bae's mom. Ulysses helped us out. He was fluent in English and was able to provide excellent service. He was very patient with us as we went through multiple purses. He was able to help us find a specific bag that was the last one in stock. Very thankful. The one we got was about $2,350 with two tone brown. First time for me to be in such an expensive spot. Huuuuuuuuuuuuumangus store!!!!!! Wow oh wow! Love the high-end fashion! It was fun to window shop. I mean Louis Vuitton in Paris!?!? I think Yes lol So the prices for Louis Vuitton are always high, because it is high end fashion items. But the prices seemed steep for the norm. I don't know. Maybe I am just a dumb American and don't know pricing in Europe? But I expected priced to be lower not higher. It seemed like the prices were more than what they should be. Did inflation hit Europe too? What's happening here? I just window shopped. I'm not gonna spend 4k for a small bag. No thanks. lol It was still fun to check out the bags and wallets. This store is really big! There are different floors and everything. If you are wanting to buy something Louis Vuitton, you will surely find it here! No way you couldn't. They have a huge selection.
LV is the standard for high end merchandise. With their signature bags to all their accessories, LV has always commanded a high value for their items. Since Covid they have nearly doubled the price. A bag that cost $1800 in 2019 is now priced at $3200. This store is their flagship store in Paris. It is a 7 story monolith to LV and is wonder to see. The bottom 3 floors are open to the public. The rest are reserved for other business purposes. The selection they offer is varied from day-to-day. They carry nearly 80% of the items that are in their catalog but due to the sheer volume and space they only show about 40% of them. The services is impeccable if you can find a sales person. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by sales manager. He will usually let you walk the store or assign you a sales person. The sales person's job is to speak with you and understand your needs so that they can provide you with different options. They don't have every bag in every color, so be prepared. I witnessed many people disappointed. If you go in here with an open mind, you might find something very unique. In general, it's just an amazing store to visit to enjoy the product selection.
We attended LV Dream (free, but you need reservations) and my style-crazed teen had to get a pastry with a Vuitton logo on it, OK buddy, this is for you. The pastry was like 19 euros but his cappuccino did have a logo stenciled on it. My pot of tea was a fail. 9 euros and they give you a tea bag on the side with a pot of hot water? Seriously? This place is ONLY for Instagramming, not for a meaningful culinary experience.

Oh LV, how I love you. Cheaper than in the US and I get my tax back...fabulous. I decided to purchase the LV Speedy 30 in the Damier Azur. So beautiful for spring and summer. The sales associate was wonderful and we did not have to wait in line to make our purchase. The only thing I was bummed about was being unable to monogram it in the store. We arrived a little before closing and there was a line for it. Oh well, the Austin Domain store was happy to do it upon our return. Even if you do not have intentions on buying, it is still definitely worth admiring their entire collection and their displays. read more
I had so much fun in the massive Luxury Giant Champs Elysees LV store. I knew what I was looking for and asked for help, et voila! About 30 minutes and I was set up with my beautiful new leather goods! My salesperson spoke French, English, and Chinese and was incredibly helpful, and went out of her way to find an alternate strap to one of my bags. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I think it helped tremendously that I had done my homework and knew the names of the bags I wanted to look at. Where is the 30% markdown compared to the States? If my math is right, the prices are similar and nothing near 30% less. Some items are noticeably lower but not by much and most are not. They do have a couple of nice crocodile and alligator bags that you don't often see here in the States. The green ostrich bag was nice too. If I were a chick I'd totally buy it. Not often you see someone carrying a green ostrich bag. read more

first off all if your from US and have something you want to buy and purchase without forming a long lines outside ask for Ana Avagyan, she speak english and traveled US as well, it took me 3 weeks to put a review since my last paris trip from oct 25 to 31. Again u ask for Ana if you want a quich help and style in your mind that you like to buy. So my experience is not that good its lots of asian chinese/viet/european buying massive LV purse. I was just looking around and feeling givin up coz no one will help me and no one bother ask, Then boom Ana approach me and tell me what size i like would love to try on the belt, ( i am not feeling great at all coz too much people and so loud and i dont wait at all) But ana make my time worth it, she showed the sizes of belt and help me pick my size, the rest is history, i went overboard in my shopping without planning. Thanks Ana for helping, i really appreciate it. will tell my family and friends to look for you soon. read more
You get your tax back and this LV store has an art gallery on top . They don't have the best customer service but in France that is normal. If your a tourist make sure you go to the art gallery on top and if you purchase something get your tax back . If you are visiting France , this is a must see store if your an LV fanatic. They don't allow pictures (so don't be annoying an take selfie's ) just enjoy the experience and all the art work . They bags are displayed like art . It can get crowded and sometimes there is a line to get it but worth the experience! Bought a little birthday present from the this store (horrible customer service) however every time I carry my LV Favorite MM I think about this store . read more

People at times write bad stuff about this store, well, it may depend on their mood I guess. So far as I know, it is a 5-star luxury shop you must visit on your trip to Paris! Oh là là! read more

I'm a huge Louis Vuitton fan, so when my boyfriend and I went to Paris, I knew I had to get a bag that's stamped "Made in Paris." We went in with a specific bag in mind and I left with it less than 30 minutes later. The store itself is HUGE (there's even an art gallery on top!) and very busy. If you have the time, I highly recommend spending some time browsing and people watching. While we were waiting for our sales associate to complete our transaction, my boyfriend and I watched a man purchase three bags with matching wallets for the three gorgeous girls that were with him. Walking in here, I felt like a kid in a candy store - except the candy was lined with gold and I could never, ever afford it. Location: While I was on my weekend adventure/stay in Paris, I was wondering where the LV store was. It wasn't important enough in my itinerary to check, but on the way to the Arc de Triomphe it happened to be there =). So of course, I did not hesitate to walk in. Atmosphere: This store is very large. The bags were displayed all over the walls, in shelves, hanging from the ceiling - it was BEAUTIFUL. Way to advertise to me LV; I was really tempted to walk out with at least the cheapest thing in there (probably a keychain, and those were still about 100 euro). I went in on a Sunday, and it was extremely crowded. Filled with tourists and locals, this place is happening and is constantly getting business. Service: Everyone looked super professional, but they also looked approachable. I wasn't looking to buy anything so i never really had interaction with salespeople. The security guards just stood around, but they were never too sneaky looking. Price: Um, I'll let you imagine how much the bags/clothes are. Overall: It's a fun place to walk into, marvel at, and walk out (unless you have dolla dolla bills to spend). read more
No line to get in at 4pm on a Thursday. Excellent service and the staff is well knowledgeable. William served me and he offered tea and water while assisting with my purchase. He even communicated in perfect English. He took the extra mile to make sure there were other purse options in case I didn't like the one he offered. Overall, the staff is extremely professional, polite and wonderful- all while it is very crazy inside due to the high volume demands of clientele from Asia. Tip: If you manage to obtain a business card from the LV staff, you are able to cut the line the next time you visit. read more

I knew months ago I'd be going here to buy my Louis Vuitton. I have a whole collection and I wanted to buy my last one in Paris, or I should say have my fiance buy me it for my birthday :) it was so much fun to go here and buy it. I can say my bag is from Paris and that's the best part. we went right before they closed so it wasn't a crazy mob scene or a zoo. it was just nice. it was also a Wednesday night. I imagine if you went like a Saturday it might be nuts. read more

Such a beautiful store! I love how everything is on different levels. You go up stairs or down stairs and there's shelves of items everywhere. It's incredibly busy so do be patient. The employees are very friendly and very helpful. If making a purchase they'll offer you champagne, wine, water or a soda. Definitely worth a visit! read more

I visited this store during my Euro/birthday trip and came in looking for a specific wallet. I was very happy to have found it here. Service was excellent from the moment I stepped into the store until we completed our transaction. The SA helped explain everything I needed in order to get the tax refund and then escorted us to get the complimentary engraving. The waiting room was very pleasant as we were offered beverages. I hope to come back here to make my next LV purchase! read more

Im not a really big LV fan, but Ive always admired the quality of the bag. Well, as one of the Asian tourists in Paris, I made sure that I stopped in here. Im pretty sure LV store is one of the main attractions for most of the Asian tourists in Paris. The first time I was in Paris, I saw a long line in front of the LV store and I thought that there was some special thing going on inside, so I waited in line too. Turned out it was a normal thing for a bunch of Asian tourists to wait in line to get in the LV store. Whenever I stopped in here, I always see more than 60-70% of the Asians in the store. I always feel like they are giving away free stuff in here cos it's always so crowded. The store itself though is pretty massive. The bag displays are also nice. Well, i guess if you are an LV worshiper, you'd have to come and visit your mothership here. read more

Long wait... But thats ok since all these Asians wanna spend their €€€€ here :) First come first serve basis. You will get your own personal sales assistant that will help you with whatever you need. VIP treatment. An hour and a half later, i came out with a big brown bag... Very happy. Oh yeah, if you care about the VAT ask them how to obtain the tax back. read more

While in Paris make this a stop, we spent the day shopping and just wanted to know if there was a difference in products in this store compared with others. And there were some items that we haven't seen in other stores. As you walk in the security guard is just there looking around making sure everything is safe. We checked in with a lady and asked for help, we put our name down and soon enough there was someone there to help. Don not remember her name but she offered something to drink while I tried some shoes. Speaking of the shoes, they were not the most comfortable but they looked cool, so for short distances they will do, but for a day of long walks they would probably hurt after a while. The store has plenty of things to consider, for both men and women and if you are thinking of giving a gift, you have also belts, scarves, accessories. I did not feel pushed onto buying more things and it was a comfortable experience. read more

The store in Saint German is way better the service is A+. Never going to shop and the Champs-Élysées store again. Brought money to buy three handbag they said can only buy two. That sucks . I had an excellent experience in this store and my SA was absolutely the best...you're not supposed to take pictures in the store but she snuck a few pictures for us....I never felt rushed and she was very patient as I drank champagne and tried to decide on what items I wanted to purchase......after I chose my items and finished my purchase she led us upstairs where we took a few pictures and waited for the elevator to the 5th floor....the 5th floor is an art museum which was absolutely fantastic....I really enjoyed this store read more

After a full day of a paris excursion, we rushed over to the store and made it by 6:30. Only to be told, they were closed already. There was a line outside the store and they refused to let us get in the line. We were lingering outside of the store figuring out what to eat, only to realize they let more people in the line. Wth! Then we were going to try to get in line and they refused to let the rest of the crowds waiting to get in line. there was another tourist saying she was leaving tomorrow, and they also denied her entry telling her to come back tomorrow at 10. Who do I need to talk to about this poor customer service?? read more

I walked into this store with a set item in mind. My SA was informative and helpful when I was selecting the bags and wallets I wanted. They offered drinks such as water, soda, juice and champagne. Who says no to free champagne? The store is very large and there are so many different levels with a variety of items from watches, shoes, handbags, wallets, sunglasses, etc. While at the register, my SA was also very helpful when explaining the VAT paperwork and the instructions upon arriving to the airport. I can't wait until the next time I get a chance to go to Paris again! This will definitely be one of my stops the next time I'm in town! read more

This is a good store but too touristy. It is alwayssssss crowded even through there is a line and security, once you get in it is still hard to get someone to help you. On one occasion I was able to leave with my purchases (boots, passport cover and key pouch). On another occasion 20 minutes had passed I still was not greeted! I was ready to shop, not browse. I had to ask for help in which I should've been offered. I got tired of waiting and went to the Vendôme location which I was 100% better. They need more sales assistants for such a big/flagship/ tourist destination. read more

Cool place to visit especially if you are a LV aficionado and are interested in getting something from the latest collection. Hey, it's the flagship store with four floors of merchandise. Have a glass of champagne and take advantage of the currently more favorable exchange rate. Then save a little more with the VAT refund. Oui, oui Louis V! read more

I was allowed right in and loved being able to see designs straight off of the runway. Even if fashion is not your thing, this is an amazing experience just to go inside and realize you are on in Paris on Charles De Gaulle in LV lol! read more
