In all that time they only saw 6 people. When I left there was standing room only and one of the workers was headed to lunch. I felt so bad for the rest of the ppl there because they're gonna be there way longer than I was. In almost 3 hours time they only saw 6 ppl.

You mean to tell me that there is no way possible they can put a kiosk of some sort where you can insert your license , pay your bill to reinstate your license and be on your way. There has to be a better way. I had a 1:30pm appointment. I came at 12:30pm, I was told that you couldn't check in until 30 min before your scheduled time. I sat in the waiting area for 30 min, walked back to the window while she was on the phone talking, then she put me in queue. Mind you, I scheduled this appointment to save time so I could make it to work. You do better off just walking in, and hoping to be seen , I didn't leave until after closing time, aka 4pm. Made no sense to schedule an appointment, they should make more options to pay online to save time. Waste of time!
