I knocked on the door and two associates standing at the counter talking to each other said the store was closed. What is going on? This has really inconvenienced me now. I would have given…read morethem five stars or at least 4.5 (was an unavailable option) if not for a few small incidents. 1) The store's location can be problematic regarding parking, however the staff's efficiency getting patrons out quickly ensures you probably won't have to wait toooo long for a parking space (there isn't anywhere close to park until another patron leaves). And 2) was approached a couple times in the parking area for money and/or to buy liquor for someone who "misplaced his ID & couldn't buy his mother her favorite wine". I declined as graciously as possible. Approached for money a couple times as well. I do not blame the store's staff, only mentioned for a new patron to be careful in the parking area.

The worker simply looked at us and kept putting prices on the bottoms of shoes. Everything seemed cluttered and thrown together. There was also furniture thrown and piled on each other. We looked around for about 10 minutes and decided to go to check out. Then, once we made it to the counter, we noticed that the african lady was also being rude to the customer before us. She was not very friendly at all, but she had a black weave in and looked to be in her 40's-50's. My grandmother bought some candlestick holders and the lady could only think about eating her lunch. After typing the price into the register, she turned her back to pick up her fufu with her hand and when my grandmother asked for a bag, she handed it to her and went back to eating her lunch. She did not say "have a good day", "thank you" or anything. This was some of the worst service I'd experienced in a while.

I…read morehaven't yet had the clothes shopping experience, but I have both donated and purchased other items here. First, the donation process is easy - they have two large bins by their door. I'm not sure how often they empty them out, but they certainly don't close them off at night because when I arrived, someone had done a little thrift shopping overnight and left the place a mess. Sadly, it was raining, and some of those items were going to have to be destroyed. I really wish they had an indoor option so you knew the items would not get stolen or messed up in the rain. I went inside to the kids toys section. I was purchasing stuffed animals to throw for a local parade. I filled a huge bag for less than $30 with really nice, fresh stuffed animals, including two really large ones. I love rehoming these beloved toys, hopefully bringing the kids smiles when they catch those. Everyone who worked there was really friendly as well. I waited in line for a while, as expected, but a third register opened and he waved me over there. He was super personable and also loved that the stuffed animals wee getting new life. He recommended anyone who needed any to go see him because he has so many to provide. The rest of the store looked really clean, considering the amount of items. One of these days, I'll go try to find some treasures of my own.

Loaded with clothing and other items such as books and household decorations. I love their additional discount days and rewards' program through the website. Pretty nice that they offer store credit or exchanges for items with tags and the receipts within 30 days; some other thrift stores give you 7 days! Great prices here and great finds for sure...I snagged an Altar'd State jacket for $3 once! Go check it out for yourself!
