They spent almost a week at our house working very hard in the heat of July, with no electricity, of course no a/c & not even a fan could be plugged in! The crews are great and I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Jeanette. She coordinated everything and relieved me from having to do these things while we were still in shock and looking for a place to live. They have continued to store our personal belongings and everything is tagged & numbered & they will bring you anything you need. They took my large area rugs & were able to clean them & save them. They took our televisions & plugged them in to see if they would turn on. They are not just for cleaning your carpet or removing water, although they do these things and do them well also. They've always sent at least 2 people here and when I saw one person show up, I already knew what to expect. Light fixtures not cleaned Living room furniture was not moved and cleaned under (who leaves dust under a sofa and tables) - THEY'VE ALWAYS DONE THIS WITH A BASIC CLEANING Under beds not dusted / mopped (I have concrete floors) Blinds behind sofa not wet cleaned and not sure too many of there were wet cleaned since you would have needed a ladder Items on the base of living room table just cleaner around Shelves in bathrooms above toilets were not dusted Blinds above master tub not cleaned Cabinets not wiped up top as expected Bottom of furniture not dusted (only used furniture polish on the tops) Art on walls not cleaned Bathroom mirrors were smeared (you would think the least he would do would be to make sure that doesn't happen) Needless to say, this was very disappointing considering the level of cleaning I received in the past was way more thorough than what was done today. If this is the level of cleaning an owner does, I can't imagine what your expectations are today versus last year when the cleaners came. I chose this company because I used them in the past for several basic cleanings and thought they would do a great job with a deep cleaning. The OWNER showed up because the original cleaner was out sick - if this is what the OWNER'S expectations are, their expectations have certainly been lowered. Their employees did a much better job and were here for 3.5-4 hours each time for a BASIC clean and he was only here for 4.5 hours. If the OWNER doesn't want to do the job he's paid to do, then he needs to reschedule instead of being greedy and wanting paid for nothing
