The owner used to call back if a concern was expressed. Unfortunately, the service and quality has declined over the past six months. Their tri-color foam sprays have some sort of diluted substance, doesn't foam (see my video titled Bad Foam for this location). I have kept it at 4 stars because I feel the issues this location is facing can be fixed, and maybe they are just having a difficult time with things. The owner never returns calls left and issues aren't addressed when expressed (like the foam issue).
