I was recommended Spiffy by a friend after they had a great experience. I was sent a discount code, so I clicked the link to create an appointment on the app and online, but their site wouldn't work. I then tried to call and never got through. I finally did get through and set up an appointment. My initial appointment was Friday, December 27. I was in a meeting for work when I received a call that I couldn't answer. It had already been about 30 minutes beyond the appointment time. A few minutes later I received a text saying that they couldn't find my address(note that I live in a 70-year-old house) and then it didn't populate in Google. Once off the business call, I reached out to customer service. It appeared that the person who took my initial appointment put the wrong address in. By that time the service associate would not come to my house because it was too late. We rescheduled for the earliest date, December 30 @ 9am. On day of service the service associate didn't get to my house until 9:35am, then disappeared for around 25 minutes from 11:00 to 11:25 AM, wrapped up and left at/around 1:00 PM. I was paying for the Totally Awesome Detail that was suppose to be a 4 hours service. From afar the car looked fantastic. It was highly glossed. The interior had the new car smell. On further inspection, that is when I realized this was not what I felt I paid for. The roof was not cleaned, there is still filth all over it. I found dust and dirt still in the car on the driver side as soon as I open the door. There were speckles on my hood that I was able to rub and clean it off with saliva on my finger and thumb. The list goes on, see pics. The purpose of this detailing was that I've was planning trading in before the end of the year(Due to time and Work/Family this didn't happen). Fortunately, there's a car wash locally that you can bring your car to for about $45 and outside of waxing and Armor All the car would've looked the same. For $300 less. In my opinion it's best for you to just save your money and either do it yourself or support local business and go to your nearest full service car wash.
