I did have to call for the status of the delivery, but it was held up because they were out of one product & needed to see about replacement. HRL did try to contact me prior but somehow, I missed the call. The store staff was apologetic, but it wasn't their fault. They did delivery immediately after we spoke of a substitute. The delivery guy was friendly & professional. Asked for ID as he should delivering liquor. Prices were reasonable & good service I'm sure we'll use them again for either pick-up or delivery or delivery.

No More Natural Light…read more They got rid of a beer that I have been drinking for over 2 years. I asked an employee if there was any Natural Light available. He proceeded to ask his colleague (in a foreign language). Then, he told me (in curt English) "No." I walked away-never to return to that store again. P.S.
