Saturday afternoon I stopped in to purchase some beer, when I got to register the owner preceeded to ring up transaction. After I paid I asked for a bag to carry the merchandise. To my surprise he then informed me it was five cents. I pushed back because there is no bag tax in Baltimore city as of yet. He stated that was his fee. WOW. Ok. I will take refund please. He then shook his head with a noise and said I DON'T CARE. Needless to say won't be stopping in that store ever again!
