They are super nice and take appointments and walk-ins when they have time during the day. They made sure that the kids they were working with were comfortable. Depending on how much lice you have it may take a little longer, maybe 45 minutes. They are experts at what they do and will gently remove eggs/bugs from hair. They are however, on the pricey side with 75 dollars for a treatment (and 5 just to check a head for lice).
