I can't say enough about Happy Hearts. My child has been going there since she was 5 months and is almost 2 years old now. The teachers are caring and she enjoys spending time with her classmates. My boys have been going to Happy Hearts for a year and love it! The great hours and affordable cost plus morning preschool are why we chose it. My kids were previously at a daycare that (at 1 and 3) they hated. It was amazing to see the transformation when we came to Happy Hearts. The older one adores his teacher and missed her so much during the shutdown. The younger one yells "YAY!" every time we turn into the parking lot and races into his room every morning. The teachers are all great and I am very impressed with how they relate to the kids. My husband and I have been thrilled by the progress my older son has made in writing and math. We started our children at Happy Hearts early 2021 when they were 3.5 and 16 months old. Moving them from an in home daycare, I was expecting some more structure, but what I wasn't expecting was the AMAZING curriculum. I don't know what they are doing there but my now 4 year old knows her continents, planets, oceans, and is doing basic math, and my not even 2 year old knows her full alphabet and can count to 12. This is IN ADDITION to my kids loving to go to "school" everyday. My youngest (who I call our quarantine baby) started off the year by scream crying everyday at drop off. That lasted approximately 2 weeks before she was clambering out of my arms to run into her class. The teachers love the kids and are so invested in them as people and as students. We looked around at a lot of daycares when we were going to start our 3-month-old son. Most were similar in terms of safety, cleanliness, kid:teacher ratios, etc. This one stood out because of the amazing quality of the care in the infant room. The women in this room are so kind and caring, fun and warm, and the kids really love them. That is what makes the difference in the child being happy to go to daycare, and in giving you peace of mind that he is being well taken care of. Our son has recently moved up to the toddler room, and he's so happy going there too, with wonderful, warm teachers and fun activities. He gets so excited about going to daycare in the morning. As added bonuses, the pricing is reasonable, and they are flexible with starting out part-time and progressing to full-time. We are so glad that we chose Happy Hearts! We sent our son (from 2 yrs to 3) and daughter (since 2.5 months to 9 months) to happy hearts. We moved to the west coast so we had to unfortunately say bye to the wonderful teachers at happy hearts. We used to send our son to a home care, but we knew when he was ready for a bigger daycare for a more structured and more social environment. Though there are many other great daycares around the area, happy hearts was the most affordable for us. While that was the initial draw, we soon learned that the teachers at happy hearts were really energetic and happy to be there. Our toddler son loved his teachers ms. Amy and ms. Veronica. He learned so many songs from them and would talk to us about how funny his teachers are and how nice all of his friends are. He is that one kid that won't participate in a group activity or a group circle time... but he quietly is absorbing everything in the back. Ms. Amy and ms. Veronica accepted him as he was and patiently worked with him. We miss them so much. Literally almost teared as we said goodbye. We sent our daughter from 10 weeks. I was so sad to have to drop her off at such an early age, but I had to go back to work. The infant room teachers are all so calm and nice. We especially loved both ms. Hina's... our daughter has major stranger danger and she would go to ms. Hina every morning with two arms stretched and a huge smile. The infant room is always so calm and you can tell the teachers are sweet and truly love babies. She never had a diaper rash and she never got sick. All in all, we recommend. Sure, it doesn't have the super intense curriculum or high tech security that other more expensive daycares have, but the kids are cared for and my kids really loved their time at happy hearts. Every time we got on Centreville road, my son would ask excitingly, "are we going to happy hearts?" I would recommend it if you're looking for an affordable place that cares for kids. If you can afford more expensive places, then sure go for it. But this one fit our bill and we did not regret our decision one bit! We can only hope to find a daycare as good as happy hearts here in California. read more

Happy Hearts Day Care I can't say enough. We have taken our child here from when he was three months old. He is learning something new every day. My child love to go to daycare (we call it school). The teachers are great to work with to get feed back on how the day went and great at letting us know the areas we as parents need to work with our child to reenforce what was learned in school at home. I have gotten to know a lot of the teachers at Happy Hearts and you just know that they have a gift for taking care of children. Very patient and very professional staff that truly care for your child's well being, academic development and social development. My only recommendation is to come see for your self if you in the market for child care. See the class in how they interact with both teachers and the children. Every morning when we drop our baby off she is soo happy to see the day care ladies. They are very attentive and accommodating, they allow us to use cloth diapers. We couldn't be happier with the care provided, and at rates better than comparable facilities nearby. Update a year later: We are still extremely happy with Happy Hearts and have started our second child here. Our oldest still likes to visit the ladies in the infant room and her brother. They are all fantastic and her teachers in the toddler room teach her soo much. At the front desk Shaymaa is always helpful with information about our child, and in answering questions we have about her room. our son attended happy hearts from 3 months to 3 years - and he loved going there every day. To be honest, we were first attracted to the price, as it's extremely reasonable, as well as the "homey" feel to it - but quickly realized how well cared for and loved our son was. I have to give a special shout out to Ms. Amy and Ms. Veronica, in the 2's room, as they made such an impression on our son. In fact, if it weren't for them i am not sure he would be potty trained! While we were very sad to leave, we needed to find a location that was closer to home, as it allowed for additional family members to help out with drop off and pick ups. I am a parent and don't know where to start. Ok! Here are the issues I saw while my child was enrolled. They are cheapest money wise but also cheapest in the care as well. Not a place where you can leave your child and consider in safe hands. 1. Safety: yesterday when i came to pick my kiddo i heard the receptionist talking to a teacher, that one of the teachers left student alone in class and rest of class was out in playground for good one hour and they never noticed that 2 children were missing,and to add salt to injury they were laughing about it ,and when i tried to confront them ,they shoed me away as it was not my child so not my business.this is a severe safety concern for parent and should be for administration. Recently my child is getting aggressive and started hitting others, when asked where he is learning this ,mentioning "if somebody hits you then you should hit back stronger" 2. Food: They wash disposable glasses, plates and forks to re-use them. They write name of students on each one and reuse. Who reuse disposable ? My child complains about the taste of juice. He says it taste more like water and transparent like water. I guess they mix water to make it double. Mostly they provide canned food to children which are against the law. Also serving is done without gloves and not following state laws. 3. Within one month three teachers changed in my son's class. Director is nosy and keeps on firing teachers every other day and hire under pay staff/teachers. If she hire below par, un qualified teachers at lower rates do not expect they know what they are doing and then she insults them and fire them. The lady on front desk told me that one of the teacher was fired and ordered to leave same day when she tried to give two week notice.so nobody can say anything against directors will!!. read more

Best decision we made! First time parents, with a lot of fear and concerns. We enrolled our son at 11 weeks, and had some difficulty with the bottle. However, the daycare providers worked with him and us to help smooth out the transition. They were not only extremely great during the day in providing our son the best environment, but they also provided helpful suggestions and feedback to try at home. Their suggestions really did improve our family's lives, happiness, and health. Not only do we love them, but my parents also pick up their grandson 2 to 3 days a week and tell me I can never switch facilities (although we never have thought to, not even once)! read more

Both our son and daughter attended Happy Hearts for several years from the ages of 2 to 5. They learned so much such as experiencing time with computers, Spanish lessons, and lessons from special music teachers just to name a few. The curriculum's were great as our kids learned their numbers, letters, phonics, many children's songs, and so much more. One other great factor to consider this center is that they provide morning and breakfast morning/afternoon snacks. Their rates are the best is the area and you will not be disappointed. The staff were great and we would highly recommend Ms. Veronica, Ms. Aimee, Ms. Shelly, Ms. Candace, and Momma Mary. Theses teachers were truly the best. There are several other great teachers as well but unfortunately, I can't recall their names (please fault my mind and not my heart). I would recommend Happy Hearts without hesitation! My baby is going to this daycare from last 2 years. And i am happy with this daycare in-terms of care. Teachers are nice to kids here and my baby never complained about her teachers. And she starts happily from home everyday to go here.They do take kids to play area everyday in summer. Only thing they can do better to help kids clean themselves (or clean them if they cannot do so) if they have running nose. I will recommended this to my friends. read more
