The whole team was absolutely incredible. During the planning stages we were really hunting for someone who could handle both photo and video without breaking the bank and Grace was the one who helped us get everything sorted. She was so patient and organized and dedicated to making sure we had exactly the coverage we needed. She made the whole booking process feel so easy. The day of the wedding the crew was stellar. They were everywhere at once. They went way above and beyond what we expected and worked their tails off to make sure every angle was covered. Two things really stood out. First they worked so well with the rest of our vendors. They were total pros and efficient and kind and it felt like they had been working together for years. There was zero stress or competing for shots which meant the whole timeline flowed perfectly. Second we were both a little nervous that having cameras around would feel intrusive or make us feel performative but that was never an issue. They were so low key that half our guests did not even realize they were there. As for the final result we are completely obsessed. Everything looks perfect and it is exactly the style we were hoping for. They did an amazing job blending the footage and photos with the music we picked and it really captures the energy of the day. Having the full gallery and the film is such a gift and it is something we are going to cherish for the rest of our lives. We have already watched the full feature more times than I care to admit. If you are on the fence just book them. You seriously cannot go wrong with Love & Photos. We got married at a historic estate venue in the Los Angeles area and everything about the experience with them was amazing from start to finish. Grace was our main point of contact and she was seriously incredible. She also gave helpful suggestions but never pushed anything on us, which we really appreciated. About a week before the wedding we had a call with the team to go over timeline and final details. They listened carefully, wrote everything down, and made us feel way more relaxed going into the day. On the wedding day the photo and video team showed up with so much energy. They were upbeat, professional, and somehow stayed that way the entire time. We were joking that they never stopped working, even during dinner when we kept telling them to take a break and eat something. They were with us for hours and really captured everything without ever making things feel forced or rushed. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right for us. Also worth mentioning, we were pretty stressed about budget while planning and weren't sure what we could afford at first. We are not super natural in front of the camera but they helped guide us without it feeling awkward.They also moved fast when needed and really tried to get the best light as the day went on.We got sneak peeks pretty quickly and then the full gallery after. Looking through the photos honestly made us relive the whole day again in the best way. Really glad we found them especially on a tighter timeline. Love & Photos was a perfect and reliable choice for our wedding. There was no stress, they were simple and intuitive to work with, and they met our needs in a timely manner. We had a Disney wedding so some things were a bit unconventional such as how quickly we needed certain paperwork and insurance information added on for our Photographer to be Disney approved. Love & Photos made it happen for us as needed despite the hassle and we were better for it. But what was a true godsend was the photographer they connected us with, Adrienne Marlin. Adrienne was far better than anyone we could've hoped for. As a former Photographer myself, I can vouch that she was clearly a master of her craft with capturing the beauty of our special moments. But what really stuck with us was her attentiveness and level of care. She was deeply invested in every moment of our wedding and she truly felt like a good friend. You could tell she is not only someone who wanted to do a good job, she is someone who truly takes pride and has a love for what she does. We had so many great moments working with her, not only was she accommodating to all our ideas, but my wifes physical disability aswell! She was full of great ideas herself, and was easy to converse with. Just an overall joy, easygoing, and very professional. Words cannot recommend her enough. .My contact with the company was always willing to jump on a call, text or email. I had a lot of questions and she was beyond forgiving for the abundance I threw at her. Everything was very transparent and they made sure I understood everything prior to signing my contract. Once signed and given access to the portal there had been an issue with trying to navigate a few pieces and once I reached out she had contacted IT and the issues were resolved in 24 hours. I explained my wants and needs and I had been placed with a Photographer with great experience and a vibrance for her job. Even though our values were not aligned she held no judgement on my spouse and I which reflects wonderfully on her and the Company Love & Photos. Our wedding was honestly amazing, fun, and way smoother than we expected, a lot of that is thanks to the photo and video team from Love & Photos. We had a few unexpected changes on the timeline throughout the day. My husband ended up running over an hour and a half late to the getting ready part, and our ceremony also went way longer than planned. Even with all of that, the team just rolled with it and stayed super calm and professional the whole time. They adjusted on the fly, never made us feel rushed, and still managed to capture everything we cared about. The whole crew was really kind and easy to be around. You can tell they are creative and know what they are doing because everything still came out looking beautiful even though the day was kind of chaotic behind the scenes. This was my very first time having to hire a photographer I only have one daughter...l found Love & Photos on Google...and after reading the reviews my decision was made...l contacted Matt and from our very first conversation I knew I had made the right choice. I had a million and one questions and he answered each one with kindness, professionalism and just plain old respect for someone who had no clue on how to manage photos and videos for her daughter's wedding. He explained each package in detail, then asked me what I envisioned her day to look like, and with that he guided me on what I needed...my daughter was so pleased with their professionalism...even guest at the wedding asked me for their contact information and this is before anyone has seen a picture or video yet. We booked both a photographer and videographer through them. We were assigned Ivan and Ravi for our wedding through them and they were both amazing. Ivan was highly professional, detailed, and calm while Ravi brought the same but also a higher energy. They helped out in a couple areas where they weren't required to making a great wedding even easier. They guided us well and took all the photos we asked for.
