They take an active hands-on participation in her care ! There are cots, a tv, sink , and shower in the rooms! There is also a kitchen, sitting area, play area, and a garden! The staff is incredible! We have been thrilled with the services our daughter has received from Reach for Speech since we…read morestarted in June 2022. Not only have we been impressed with the facilities (we've visited 2 out of their 3 offices), but the staff are absolutely amazing. Starting in the waiting area, Ms. Hilary, Ms. Debbie and Ms. Fionah are always very personable and engaging. They go out of their way to say hello, check-in on how life is going, and have really gotten to know our daughter and our family! The waiting area has many developmentally appropriate toys/ activities which makes any waiting before a session begins exciting for the children visiting their office. They are extremely knowledgeable about benefit questions we've had, and have helped on many occasions troubleshoot issues we've been experiencing. Our daughter receives Speech (w/ Ms. Mia), PT (w/ Ms. Ellen and Ms. Emily), OT (w/ Ms. Libby) and Feeding (w/ Ms. Mia and Ms. Libby) 2-3 days/ week. They go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable with our daughters therapies and goals (Speech/ OT/ PT and Feeding), updated on her progress and make it a point to do all they can to coordinate schedules to make the most of our time at the office. They are not only extremely collaborative with each other, but also with other therapists that go into our daughter's school to work with her. The progress we have seen for our daughter is absolutely mind blowing and we are 100% confident in saying that she would not be as strong or have achieved as much as she has without Reach for Speech. It is truly a one-stop-shop when it comes to developmental services for children. I highly recommend this agency to any family needing developmental services for a child, especially for the kiddos who need multiple types of therapy.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is not effective or even average care. We called…read morefor assistance with our child. The receptionists 1st question was: Do we want him medicated or do we need to have him seen by a therapist? 1st of all, we are not the experts and to medicate a child without diagnosing them would be in my opinion grossly negligent. When we did get an appointment, we were told by the Therapist (S. Clayton) that we could not get an appointment with the psychiatriist because they were booked and we need to call our insurance company and find other options as they could not help. She also told us that she could not help by talking with our child because in all her 20 years of experience (which seems to be none in my opinion) that is a child did not talk on the 1st 2 visits then they were would never open up and talk to them. What about building trust and a relationship with the child. This therapist is not qualified if she gives up and no child would ever trust them. The place was only interested in talking if there were no real problems as they are not equipped and we needed to deal with the issues. She did not want to put herself out there and she in my opinion needs to find a career outside fo the public sector. She also made recommendations to us for services that she could not back up as assiting the patient. When I ask her if these services were able to assist, change behavior, support an overall change in the child, she told she wouldn't know that answer and couldn't answer. So she recommends a service that she has no background data on and doesn't even know the statististics on whether it works and produced results. This is not exclusive of this provider. No one wanted to go above and beyond as they feel these children are out of their realm and they in my opinion don't want to be bothered if there is actual work involved. No one wants to deal with the REAL mental issues and if someone would take the time to actually take and interest in these children and not write them off as a lost cause then we would see a turnaround in their behavior. No teacher, neighbor or even friends want to get involved. Everyone wants to look like a hero but in reality no one wants to be the stand up person if there is nothing in it for there. Don't go this place and if you are only looking to talk about the weather then you are good with these places . Make sure you don't leave in an area that is only concerned about appearances and the good kids.

I've been seeing them for 3 months following a major sports injury, then re-injury, and they are unlike any other PT I've been to. The practice is all individual treatment rooms surrounding the equipment and machine area, so it is very private for most of your appointment. Much of your time is spent with them doing hands-on techniques, and they switch it up depending upon what you need that day. Sounds pretty simple I know, but that's not how it always works at many physical therapy practices. You don't just go in and do your exercises and see the PT for five minutes at the end like a PT factory. Ridgeview truly cares about their patients, you can feel it and see it. My recovery would not be where it is without them.

My LO engages with him so well & Mr. Matt takes the time each week to help educate us on how to apply what my LO is working on at home. Mr. Matt is always smiling, very enthusiastic, & very caring. Also, I want to mentioned that all the staff is friendly & helpful. Ms. Nicole that works in the office is always accommodating & pleasant to speak with. My LO loves come here & so do I.
