More on this below…read more Here's my backstory: I'm an R&D & consulting scientist/engineer w/a grad degree in the sciences, and a mystic, spiritual teacher/healer & intuitive. I've had cold readings from 295+ psychics in my life. Since I'm a mystic, my life is filled with Divine love & grace; b/c my mind is calm & quiet, and b/c I am open and very well-grounded (these latter 2 qualities are essential for a good reading), it's very easy for a good psychic to read me, but a poor psychic won't see much b/c there are no dramas in my life to cause big blips on the psychic radar screen. Please note that when I visit psychics, I'm NOT seeking help w/problems, nor w/wishes, nor seeking answers or advice, nor spiritual guidance. Rather, I visit them because God/Source asks me to & b/c it's fun to connect w/supernatural readers. BTW, I'm VERY good at setting boundaries w/people like pushy salespeople & unethical psychics who might try to con/upsell me. So, when reading my reviews, it may be VERY HELPFUL to bear in mind what I wrote above, b/c your own experience w/a psychic may differ from mine; your mileage may vary! I had an an appt. for a noon reading on June 8th. My reader was Valentina. The reading was done at a small table in the back reading room of the shop. Prior to the reading, I paid $75 for a full psychic life reading and added a $25 tip. As I always do w/readings, this was a totally cold reading: I told Valentina, prior to the start, only my first name, which was all that she asked for. I also mentioned that I was staying at the Palazzo for 8 days. I told her nothing more about myself until after the reading had ended. Valentina turned out to be the most powerful and most accurate psychic that I' ever met. A lot of her great ability lies in the fact that she is a very old soul. From the very start of the reading, she made only totally accurate statements, all of them very specific and detailed, on a number of aspects of my life, past and present, and including the following [a (*) denotes I've been told the same thing by many psychics & mystics]: - (*) that I am a very old soul, far older than anyone she'd ever met, and even older than her own soul age, and that I'd incarnated many tens of thousands of times before, and that many of those lifetimes were involved w/the mystical or supernatural realms. - (*) that I seem to have great expertise in an insanely wide range of realms, including the sciences & engineering, and particularly in mystical & spiritual realms. - (*) that I seem to have a number of gifts in the paranormal (supernatural) realms, including intuitive/psychic abilities, but that I rarely bother to use them b/c everything comes very easily to me from the Divine & my life is very blessed & filled w/miracles. During a stay at the Palazzo in Sept. 2018, I looked for local psychics. Many shops listed online were long gone, but I finally found this psychic. When I called, Psychic Moonlight (aka Psychic Amber) told me that the shop was no longer open, and that she was now primarily doing readings at client's homes or hotel rooms; apparently this is very much a growing trend in Vegas. Well, luckily for me, I was staying in a large suite at the Palazzo which had a large living room area with several tables w/seating where a reading could be easily done, so we made an appt. for a tarot reading plus psychic reading at my hotel later that day. Psychic Amber (Moonlight) visited my hotel suite at 11 AM on Sept. 16 for the combined reading that I had requested; I prepaid the $175 fee as soon as we were seated (BTW, I felt that the $175 fee was a GREAT bargain, since I never had to leave my hotel, and rather she came to see me, and so she handled all of the hassle and expense of travel, and the time lost in travel, herself). She was very personable and friendly, and quite professional in doing the reading. She told me that she was part Gypsy, and that she had moved to Vegas only in the past couple of years from LA. As I always do for readings, this was a totally cold reading: I told her, prior to the start of the reading, only my first name and date/place of birth, and that I currently live in Western MD. I told her nothing more about myself until after the reading ended. I mentioned to Amber/Moonlight at the start of the reading that I did not expect any future predictions (fortunetelling), b/c beyond a few immutable events that are fixed in space & time, it is difficult to accurately predict the future (b/c of free will). Interestingly, Amber used a very small-sized Latino tarot deck (~2/3 the dimensions of a standard Tarot deck) which bore very curious artwork, which I had never before seen (but reminiscent of the Mexican Loteria deck), for the tarot reading; I later encountered 2 other Vegas psychics, each also of at least partial Gypsy ethnic origins, who used the same unique tiny Latino deck! I found the reading to be quite accurate. She correctly reported quickly that I was a mystic & spiritual guide/healer, and lots of things about my earlier years and current life that she could not have known any other way. Only about 10% of her statements were at all inaccurate, which makes for very good statistics for a psychic reading. Commendably, unlike many storefront psychics, Amber never made the slightest attempt during the reading at any type of upsell, nor any other efforts to try to con me w/offers of unnecessary services, and rather, she was totally honest! After the reading had ended, I learned that a large number of psychics in Vegas, including some of Gypsy origins, were nowadays frequently doing readings at client's homes or hotel rooms, perhaps inspired by the new gig economy and by on-demand gig ventures such as Lyft and Uber. BTW, Amber/Moonlight also mentioned to me that she knew an elderly Gypsy woman in Vegas (l'll call her Sonia) who was very well-respected in the local Gypsy & Latino communities as a great psychic; she said that Sonia is very private, sees only ~2-3 clients per week, and that people travel hundreds of miles just to see her.
