It's been a while since I last visited this store, but they are still as impressive as ever. With…read morepossibly the largest selection of nano fish, shrimps, and aquatic plants in Orlando, it's a great place to shop as an aquarium hobbyist. They also sell various salt water fish, corals, and some aquascaping supplies and materials as well. I've bought most of my aquatic plants from this place since they offer the most diverse selection in town compared to other places. I have also previously bought shrimps, some of which have since multiplied and thrived in my tanks at home. This time, I decided to buy some pygmy corys, white cloud mountain minnows, and clown killifish, all of which are thriving and adapting beautifully so far.

Amazing plants, gorgeous fish, and great service. They had beautiful Endlers, guppies, Corys and various other fish. They also have an amazing collection of hardscape materials for anyone setting up or rescaping their tank. The brothers that run this fish store are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. So we decided to try it out. It was bath time for our two dogs. You pay up front and then go to the back of the store to get to it. It's open with a gate to keep excited dogs from getting away. They also supply shampoo and soaps. They also keep many stacks of clean towels ready for use. So, if you want to give your dog a bath, and your bathroom looks like a war zone when you're done, head over there.

The increase in bugs in the very expensive dry dog food ($65-70 bags of food!) - this is the 3rd or 4th bag that has had worms and bugs. (Our most recent bag had black bugs!) The lady at the register the last time I complained said it's from the warehouses...eh, I'm not so sure. Especially considering the other reviews complaining about bugs. Due to bugs in things like the Merrick green bones and the no-hide chips/chews that we've also experienced in the past, we have to inspect everything that's in a clear bag before we leave the store. Can't do that with a 30-40 lb bag of dog food. So many dollars wasted. It's disappointing, especially because you can see gnats/moths/flying insects at the store and obviously there are issues if other customers have experienced the same thing. It would be better if these issues were addressed because the sales and coupons can come in handy, as does the rewards program. But the rise in bugs is something I can't ignore anymore. :( (Also, not the stores fault but it's insane that the company doesn't allow coupon/discount stacking...people would buy more!)

The problem is the owner of the store ensured me and my wife that since our son was a valued customer, we'd get top notch customer care as we move our sons tank up north. As we got the tank up North we contacted the owner for the live rock, we received about 3/4 of the live rock that my son had. Shipping was paid for by us, and when the tank was ready for the coral he refused to send it to us. in The owner wanted us to pay for our sons past debt, I told him no, I will not pay for my sons past business deals with them, but I will pay for anything I need. Hence why I went and found a new fish guy.

I was referred to Connie by a friend at the Pet Supermarket on Michigan Ave, and I could not be happier. First, Connie texts and is very responsive. Secondly, there aren't 8 dog tables with 8 other dogs being groomed when I bring my dog in. It is a calm clean and inviting setting that makes the hand off relaxing and not over stimulating for the dog. She took just over 2 hours for a full groom- 5 hours less than Petsmart. And above all else my dog was absolutely beautiful and appeared to be very relaxed and comfortable during the groom. The price was 75.00 making it a super value for such a high quality groom. Connie is all around a master in her profession, is very friendly and knowledgeable and provides an exceptional experience for dog and owner and at an exceptional price. I can't recommend her enough.

Mark is very unprofessional.He added a chemical accidentally in my aquarium which killed a total…read moreof 26 fish in my aquarium.He tried to rectify by draining the water,but did not clean the aquarium to get rid of the chemical.After he drained the water more fish died,because of not totally destroying the chemical.I let him take my aquarium which he asked about and everything as I did not feel that he knows what he is doing.He did give a refund,but it did not cover my total cost for the aquarium and gravel and stand.Professionals should not make mistakes like that which killed a total of 26 tropical fish.He admitted his error,but I do not feel he rectified his mistake adaquately.
