I've worked in Customer Service for basically my entire life, and while the gentleman was kind of nice was also very condescending like he knew everything. The problem with that is if you knew everything, the shop would not look the way it looked considering we were told that it was a family owned business, and he was part of the family. I would think you know you would have a little bit of say about how these animals are kept. It is in a very dusty, industrial area, so it can be tricky to locate. Note their fenced metal warehouse complex and small sign in front. She returned to the store today and was told they did not have the second tank in stock. Clearly, they lied to her yesterday about it being too far to reach. They also forced her to return to the store to get the first tank which she had already paid for and loaded in her car the day prior. None of this makes sense, and when she raised the issue with the manager, they couldn't even be bothered to give her an apology for their incompetence. I will strongly suggest to my girlfriend that she never return to this store.
