I've worked in Customer Service for basically my entire life, and while the gentleman was kind of nice was also very condescending like he knew everything. The problem with that is if you knew everything, the shop would not look the way it looked considering we were told that it was a family owned business, and he was part of the family. I would think you know you would have a little bit of say about how these animals are kept. I know this isn't in the best part of town or anything like that not expecting top dollar top-notch everything I'm expecting the animals to be in a healthy environment while they are being waited to be adopted by another family that will love and take care of them based on the conditions that I saw them in I would never purchase an animal from them because you do not know what type of condition that animal will be in when you receive it Unfortunately when I thought I was going into a very nice hole in the wall pet store I ended up coming out with a lot of questions that will never be answered on why this place is open and how people allow this place to be open

They even offer manufacturer coupons / instant rebates which are very good deals. There is also an assortment of collars and leads from which I have purchased when I adopted a new dog. It is in a very dusty, industrial area, so it can be tricky to locate. Note their fenced metal warehouse complex and small sign in front. I was referred to Connie by a friend at the Pet Supermarket on Michigan Ave, and I could not be happier. First, Connie texts and is very responsive. Secondly, there aren't 8 dog tables with 8 other dogs being groomed when I bring my dog in. It is a calm clean and inviting setting that makes the hand off relaxing and not over stimulating for the dog. She took just over 2 hours for a full groom- 5 hours less than Petsmart. And above all else my dog was absolutely beautiful and appeared to be very relaxed and comfortable during the groom. The price was 75.00 making it a super value for such a high quality groom. Connie is all around a master in her profession, is very friendly and knowledgeable and provides an exceptional experience for dog and owner and at an exceptional price. I can't recommend her enough.

Someone, usually on of the cashiers, usually greets customers with a "welcome" as we come in the door. It is usually not busy when I come in so I can get in and out fairly quickly. Often, the cashier is cooperative to do a price match especially when their online store has a better price. I'm usually only quickly visiting 1 or 2 of the aisles but it always appears to be neat and clean here.

When she arrived at the store, she was given one tank and the substrate which she loaded in her car while the store employees looked in the back for the second tank. She was eventually told that the tank was "too far in the back" and she would have to return the next day to pick it up. She was also forced to go back to her car and return the other tank and substrate which she had already paid for, per their policy apparently. She returned to the store today and was told they did not have the second tank in stock. Clearly, they lied to her yesterday about it being too far to reach. They also forced her to return to the store to get the first tank which she had already paid for and loaded in her car the day prior. None of this makes sense, and when she raised the issue with the manager, they couldn't even be bothered to give her an apology for their incompetence. I will strongly suggest to my girlfriend that she never return to this store.

I think it may have been because our cashier took the items out for the dog and went to open them up for us. She was so sweet. I'm wondering if she maybe confused the bags with the items and put the gecko food in another bag. It was expensive and I really don't want to have to buy it again so I'm hoping it's still in the bag there. During our visit we walked around with Miso to see if he liked any toys specifically. We found quite a few that he liked so we purchased them. My oldest son needed some food for his gecko which I had to have him add water to the little bit of food that was left in the geckos bowl to last until tomorrow since we did not have the gecko food when we came home -we noticed it was not in the bag. I also had a pick up order that I placed yesterday but did not get the chance to pick up so we came by today to pick that one up as well. Heaven was our cashier and she was very friendly and kind. She actually helped us the last time too and gave our puppy Miso a treat. This time around she opened his toys for him so I could let him play with them in the car. We will be back again soon. Hopefully to grab the gecko food that was left behind and possibly get more toys for our pets.

She's been living with my older daughter for the past year and this transition felt like a big one for all of us. Unfortunately, I forgot the older gentlemen's name who was amazingly helpful. He told us about products that would help with her anxiety. He shared stories about his own cat and her temperamental personality like ours. He helped us choose a comfortable cage that would be best for transporting. He helped us to think through the experience from her perspective. He made us feel like he understood our concerns and went out of his way to make us feel better about it. Thanks.
