Regardless, of what these shysters call themselves they are HORRIBLE! When my wife's anniversary flowers did NOT arrive at our home the requested DAY - that's day people, day - I contacted them via their contact page (currently the ONLY means of contacting them now they have removed the toll-free number and don't list their local number - which is 949 305-3247 - from the page) and got the attached voicemail message the next day. Two days go by with NO refund. I find their email address (customerservice@flowershopping.com) and forward the attached image to them. I FINALLY got a refund. So never mind that I had to deal with a disappointed wife on our anniversary. Never mind that I had to jump through hoops simply to get a refund for something that I purchased that never arrived. Never mind that their website keeps getting more and more and more locked down so that you can't contact them. Actually, no, there is no never mind. This is horrible service! Unacceptable. So I am just adding my voices to the chorus of voices that have preceded me here. Now you know, these guys are shysters.

I asked for a full refund, as stated on their website. They have since stop replying to my emails. When I call them, I get placed on hold and no one ever returns or they simply hang up. Also look for them on the BBB site, they have a rating of F. All have similar complaints.

It has a cool and inviting feeling. Once inside, you'll see it's not just a flower shop, it's a place for creativity to come alive! There is so much inspo and the buyer is killing it. The aesthetic is clean, feminine and upscale. They sell everything from tea, chocolates, cards, stuffed animals, journals, jewelry, art and so so much more. And, on top of the beauty of the store, I love that you can see the employees busy at work making their arrangements...which are always stunning. There is some true talent here! I highly recommend Wildflower!! Cutest shop ever!

I ordered a Designer's Choice arrangement again, and the quality and design were really nice. They do a great job putting together something that feels thoughtful and well-styled. There was a small hiccup with delivery this time. The driver left the arrangement outside of our gate instead of walking it down the alley to our front door, so I didn't initially know where the flowers were. I had to call the shop, and they sent someone back out. The flowers sat outside for a bit, which was stressful, but they handled it once I called. The only real feedback I have is around value. Compared to the first arrangement I ordered a couple months ago (for my wife's birthday), this one felt noticeably smaller. It may have been because it was right before Valentine's Day -- I understand that prices and availability can shift during holidays -- but for close to $200 including delivery and tip, I did expect a little more volume. That said, I will still be coming back. On a previous order, there were quality issues and they completely corrected it by sending a new arrangement, which I genuinely appreciated. They've earned my trust as a company that stands behind their work. Beautiful flowers, solid customer service -- I just hope future arrangements feel a little more substantial for the price.

I wish I had read them before spending $150 on sympathy flowers for my best friend. The difference between what was advertised and what was actually delivered is honestly shocking. As you can see in the photos, the arrangement I paid for looked nothing like the arrangement that arrived. I was embarrassed when my friend sent me a photo saying thank you -- the flowers looked like something I could have picked up at Albertsons. Before writing this review, I contacted the shop multiple times and was very polite about explaining the issue and why I was disappointed. As a local business, I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is actually the second time I've had an issue with with a business overall and reviewed negatively. They eventually contacted me (their email doesn't even work properly, by the way), essentially said that was what they had available, and offered no resolution. I would have been completely open to receiving even a 50% refund, considering $150 is a LOT for flowers, especially when there are plenty of competitors offering much better value. Unfortunately, the poor product quality was matched by very poor customer service. Would not recommend. Save your money and read the reviews before ordering.

The Flowers May Be Lovely, But the Woman in Charge Is Another Story…read more I've never seen someone so effortlessly transform from "sweetest person in the world" for customers into "employee-eating dragon" the moment an employee or delivery driver walks through the door. This customer-service performance deserves an Oscar. The behind-the-scenes behavior? Not so much. Employees and delivery drivers are routinely treated as though they've personally offended the Queen of England, while customers are greeted with an almost aggressively sweet smile and enough charm to make you wonder if you've wandered into a completely different business. It's especially disappointing to watch someone (who relies on employees and delivery drivers) treat the very people helping the shop with such hostility and disrespect. Being pleasant to customers is great, but basic human decency shouldn't stop when a customer walks out the front door. If you're looking for flowers, you may find something beautiful here. If you're looking for a workplace where people are treated with respect and decency, however, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The flowers might brighten someone's day. The management apparently has other plans for their workers.
