After what seem to be eternity, I finally blurted out what I came in for and she swiftly led me to the counter where it is kept and checked me out quickly as she smiled and cordially chatted of the many benefits of the oil to another curious customer after explaining something about points and rewards to me that I was no way interested in but enjoyed her explaining how it goes.

She was so patient with me and I feel bad if I was rude to her. She called and they allowed her to use the coupon. We even had a laugh about my phone number. She offered info about how to sign up and use my points. And even though I'm headed back into work, I'm in a much better place. Thanks idk if Carolyn is new but she was fantastic.
