I was greeted by two staff members upon entering and walked to the product. Excellent customer service.

Still the Worst customer service service ran by special people of there own kind since they opened…read more30 years ago. I thought I give them a try purchased some cheap nasty Steak Fries that taste terrible but were half the price somewhere else. On top of waiting to checkout by a Rude Cashier who was annoyed that I was paying with cash and she had to stop whatever she was doing to check me out pissed her off because they use to people using the UScan! Now days these workers don't want no type of interaction with customers and always act like there busy. The Service here is always a hottt mess and I'm glad I only spent 3.00. They need to train there people on some Bed side manners never again I'm a Publix Shopper anyway where the Service is always on point

I didn't know Aldi's had it going on like that!! Last time I've been to an Aldi's was in Buffalo…read more Yet I became a Kroger freak and have always shopped there. Walk In: The main thing I wanted to check out first was if they accepted Apple Pay, and they said yes. Actually that was the wrong question but I'll come to that later. First thing that I actually noticed was how clean the store actually was. I was very impressed as I've read reviews on other Aldi's and......you know the rest. Shopping around: Now as I did love the selection, I also loved the prices. The prices pretty much beat that of Kroger and Publix, however anyone else will say that Publix and Kroger has better meat selections with much fresher fruit. As I wasn't in the market for fruit today but only meats and beans, I faired very decently on pricing. They also have a lot of nice vegan items for you vegans but I'm a meat freak so I left the vegan stuff for you hardcore vegans out there. They also have some nice wines at a very low cost and I will also say this, if any of you are on a budget and have to feed a family of 4 for a couple of days, this is the place for you. Checking out: Now when I first arrived at the store the parking lot was semi full. Only 2 registers are open and there is also employees on the floor to help you find anything you need. When it was my time to check out, the line moves very quickly!! Don't let a long line at Aldi's fool you as they are really quick. She asked how I would be paying and I said Apple Pay. Yet I should have said Apple Cash. That didn't matter anyway because their systems are set up to accept Apple Pay or cash, so you won't have a problem there. Would I go back?? Absolutely!!

This review is written by someone who generally does not like smoothies…read more This being said, perhaps smoothies were never the problem. Maybe it was just that I had never had these smoothies in particular. Something about the blend, quality of fruit, perfectly balanced in sweetness, flavor, and texture, was enough for me to empty the contents of my drink in record time. There were no ice chips interfering with the smooth elements of mingled fruit, no seeds or chunks that lingered on my tongue. It was the absolute best smoothie I ever had. Hands down. I ordered the mango mania with ginger. The flavors were extremely complimentary and the ginger added a zing to the citrus that was sort of addictive. Natural Defense is extremely clean, locally owned and operated, and has a diverse menu with various combinations. Plus, the woman behind the counter was immensely knowledgeable about supplements and vitamins. In short, I highly recommend this shop and if you're a fan of citrus, definitely try the mango mania!

Was looking forward to trying. We are organic advocates. Disappointed to see 3 of the 4 Vitamins I…read morepicked up were expired. Not on sales just selling full price expired vitamins. Atmospherically, the dusty fake plants take away from the concept of natural foods. Tremendously. Made me think it was more of a niche business than a business focused on health. The lady did not greet us ,smile, she just raised her eyebrows when it was our turn to order. I ordered a make your own, and noticed she put an orange powder in one of the smoothies. I don't recall seeing orange powder on any ingredients. I felt spicy in my mouth hours after the drink. What was in the powder? I'll never know. Overall I likely won't be back. In general I would say: play some nice gentle music that's positive like some reggae or instrumentals. Ditch the fake plants and opt for new ones that are real that you care for. Teach the employees how to greet and say hello how are you what can I help you with. Do monthly inventory to find and discount expired vitamins. Ditch the mystery powders. Good luck.
