Getting married in Key West was the best choice I've ever made. It was a beautiful location and the services were great. Love In Bloom were my florist's for the wedding. Since I didn't have a wedding planner, I personally spoke with the florists and they helped a great deal in deciding what flowers to go with. I had a small wedding, I didn't want big flower arrangements and had my own vases. I delivered the vases the day before the wedding and they had it all arranged the day of and delivered to my location. They did such a beautiful job, I would recommend them to anyone 100%! We had a very small wedding in Key West and I put flowers off to the very last minute. I called Love in Bloom a week before our wedding day and they were amazing and so accommodating. I told them a general color theme and what flowers I didn't like and they put together a gorgeous bridal bouquet and 4 boutonnières. They even offered delivery to our hotel but we opted to pick them up. I was so happy with the flowers and the kindness from the staff was amazing. September 13, 2019 was our wedding date. As we are living in Ohio, and getting married in Key West, my wife (fiancé at the time) had ordered a bouquet of flowers from 1-800-flowers. As they did not have matching boutonnières, I ordered my boutonnière through Love in Bloom. Once we arrived in Key West on 9/11/2019, we realized that shipments needed to be delivered to a different address than where we are staying. My fiancé called to change the delivery address, only to be called back 5 minutes later that the delivery date would now be 2 days later, and they could not switch it back. So, she would not have flowers on our wedding date. On a hope and a prayer, I called Love in Bloom. While they had sold most of the remaining flowers they had ordered for my boutonnière, they did have a couple stems left. They were able to help me surprise my bride with a beautiful bouquet for our wedding day, and they were only able to do so with 1 day notice. I cannot thank them enough. read more

Don't Use Love In Bloom Apparently I was not the only affected by this florist...they have multiple bad reviews I missed bc they were on my preferred vendor list..... In any case, everything seemed like it was going to be great...I should have listened to my gut when the team at Love In Bloom did not want to schedule a quick call the week of my wedding. In any case, LIB missed the mark on my wedding day both in color and design. Flowers I had not asked for and where not at all my preference. What was most disappointing was how argumentative Heather was when I called her right after delivery, a hour before starting hair and makeup. She gave every excuse in the books including that she has no control on what flowers are delivered to her and how nature can make flowers bright and bold instead of the soft pale hues you ordered. She was determined to tell me that I was overreacting and being unrealistic. I asked what we could do to fix, adjust and Heather continued to argue her point of view. She provided no viable solutions saying she had nothing at her shop to help rectify, not even the simplest of white flowers were offered. She was not interested in helping. Considering flowers are such a special detail, I was truly disappointed. I am so grateful my wedding day was perfect in every other way. We we're getting married in key west so had to communicate our wishes for our wedding bouquets via email. Initially, they were super helpful and seemed to be excited to help us and create the vision we so clearly shared with pictures and specific flower names etc (coming from a floral background I was quite specific in my suggestions). We stopped in the day before our wedding and were greeted by someon with no knowledge or excitement or insight of what was to come the next day. We paid $15 for a delivery that was across the street from our hotel which any honest person would have mentioned and given us the option to pick up. And then, an additional $375 for two small bridesmaid bouquets that didn't include half of what I and asked and shown. There was never a call to follow up on the delievery and make sure we were pleased. There are so many florisits on the island. So do yourself and your wallet a favor and go elsewhere. Complete disappointment. Luckily nothing could have ruined our special day but they definitely seemed to try. read more

I cannot sing enough praises for Nulita and her Love In Bloom staff! They did my bridal bouquet, MOB corsage, boutonnieres and bridesmaid bouquets for my December wedding. She was very professional, had a lot of photos of her work and several examples of fresh bouquets in the shop during our first meeting. I was sort of vague when I met with her, but she was able to take my little bit of description and translate it beautifully. Not only was her work amazing, she came in $50 cheaper on the bridal bouquet and $25 a piece cheaper for bridesmaid bouquets than the other local florist I met with. read more

We had emailed a few florists in Key West. We even showed up to one consultation appointment at a different florist and were told it was canceled but nobody had called us! Our next stop of the day was Love In Bloom Floral and we were not disappointed one bit. Not only did they meet with us for over an hour we were given a proposal before we left the shop which let us compare prices and such while we were in town. We chose Love In Bloom Florists for our wedding and we could not have been happier. The flowers were the highlight of our wedding day and everyone kept telling us how beautiful they were. Getting married next year and I sent several emails with no response from them after 2 months so I called and was leaving a message and the person that picked up the phone was so rude to me that I decided to take my business elsewhere. She acted like she did not need my business. So guess what, I will take it elsewhere. What ashame that someone especially a paying customer should be treated like that. They did the most beautiful flowers for my daughter's wedding this weekend at the Hyatt and even decorated the railings with fabric and lined the aisle with palm fronds and bougainvilleas. A friend of mine got married in Key West (destination wedding) on Saturday, March 7th and we showed up at the shop the Tuesday before the wedding to order flowers for the bride, me (maid of honor) and two boutonnieres for the groom and best man. We knew we were pushing it when we walked in, but the staff didn't even blink an eye or roll an eye and gave my friend exactly what she wanted. Saturday came around and they had them delivered early and the flowers were AMAZING. It was exactly what she wanted and we couldn't have been happier. It is now March 18th, a week and a half later and the flowers are still beautiful, they gave us glass vases to store our flowers in. The cut orchids and bird of paradise aren't as vibrant, of course, but still beautiful. They are still in the vase in my kitchen and the bride still has her in the vase on display. I chose Love in Bloom early on in planning my destination wedding in Key West because my venue had them on their preferred vendor list. BIG MISTAKE! I let them know that I wanted a canopy/gazebo with a lot of flowers, which was ultimately going to eat up most of my budget, but that's what I wanted. I received a cost estimate from them and figured, okay, done with that part of planning, then I went on the plan all the other elements of the wedding. About a month later, I get an email from them saying they have no canopy available on my wedding day and to go somewhere else to rent one! When I contacted them to express my frustration, I received NO response. Is that how business is done?? No matter how nice your flowers are, if your customer service stinks and you decide based on your mistake I should do work then you really don't deserve to be in a business where you do weddings. Terrible. There are so many other options for flowers. Choose a place that actually cares about going above and beyond when it is not convenient for them, not one that causes you inconvenience while you are paying them. read more

I can't speak directly of their work, personally I follow them on Instagram and think their flowers are beautiful but their attitude does not reflect that. I got married last week in Key West in a very small intimate wedding. At first, I didn't think I needed a bouquet because I only had 8 guests and was doing a short ceremony at the church, but my mom thought I'd feel more bridal with some flowers. So, my mom and a friend went into the shop the day prior to my wedding to see if the shop could do anything for me. They just wanted one small bouquet and didn't care what flowers were in the bouquet or what colors or anything. It could have been all greenery, it was just something for me to hold walking down the aisle. The person in the shop told them they were too busy for them and had absolutely no flowers at all. My mom asked if there were leftover flowers from any orders that she could make her own bouquet and they answered no, said they were busy again, and essentially walked them out and closed the door. I understand it was very late notice to ask for flowers and most people order way in advance, but I just feel like it was unnecessary attitude to give anyone, especially the mother of the bride, right before her daughters wedding. It upset my mom, on her vacation, and for that I give Love in Bloom 1 star. read more
