Giving two stars because it's the only place I could find that would deliver to the lower keys on same day. That being said, when it arrived I was very disappointed with the arrangement quality. The only purchase option for same day was "designer's choice" for which a hefty premium was paid, $100 + expedited delivery. Cheap flowers including carnations were provided, definitely not worth it. My wedding decor and flowers were perfect because of Pam and Lya! They were so sweet and helpfully. My husband and I (fiancé at the time) were only able to physically to make it to key west and to the shop once before the wedding. We covered over email over the middle 7 months till the wedding perfecting everything with photos from the Internet of my final designs and more. I live out of state and I wanted to send a dozen red roses in a vase to my son and daughter in law for the birth of their first child. When I saw a picture of the flowers I was amazed. You wonder how they can make a dozen red roses look unique and absolutely gorgeous, well they knocked it out of the ball park. There were beautiful tropical greens mixed in with the roses and the vase was not your average florist shop vase. The vase was textured and quite unique. The roses themselves looked fresh and full. I am extremely happy and this will now be my go to place for flowers in Key West. Their price was less than I have paid in Delaware and the person who took my order couldn't have been nicer. Save yourself the money and stress and DO NOT order from this florist. I ordered an arrangement from them for a birthday and received a call from Leah stating that one of the flowers in the arrangement she did not have so she would replace it with another. Aggravating to say the least, since I specifically ordered from the "Winter" section online so that there would be no issues such as this. However I expected the arrangement to come just slightly different than the one I ordered. When it was delivered I received a picture and it looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. NONE of the flowers were the same, they did not even include the same vase! I called the shop and was told I had to wait until MONDAY, 2 days away, to speak with Leah to get this resolved??? Would they tell a bride the same? Hmmm... After expressing my aggravation on their Facebook page I received a call from Leah screaming at me saying I do not know anything about flowers and that how dare I bad mouth them on Facebook. Needless to say this is a pathetic shop with TERRIBLE customer service. I asked the recipient how much they thought I paid for the flowers, they said $40 at most. I paid $75.73. I asked Leah to go pick up the flowers and refund me my money she told me it was her day off and that wasn't going to happen and then rudely hung up on me in the middle of talking. I ordered Easter flowers on March 29 to be delivered to my 85 year old mother on March 31. I received a call from Kutchey's at noon on March 31 informing me that they could not make the delivery and were canceling my order. This florist is in the Teleflora network and should be able to make their deliveries on time or be removed from the network. I will never take a chance ordering from them again.
