Very bad customer service. Not friendly or comfy place at all. I will never come back. I came in for regular pedicure: I would say they give me less than the MINIMUM service, as the guy who do them for me was in rush to finish so he gets his regular client who was waiting for him. And he charged me 5 $ extra for the french tip without telling me first or asked me if i agree for the extra charge! Way overpriced for the service received. I have been coming to this location for years now and I just love the service and especially the work ethic the staff have here. I had gotten my acrylic nails done the very end of December and they lasted me basically a month. Decided to just get gel this time around, and Sean and a fellow staff member were really nice and detailed with my nails. Eager to come in and give my feet some attention, I was ready for a basic pedicure and some extra foot massaging time. I am usually a fan of this place, whenever I get my toes done, however, today I was not very pleased. As the girl was cleaning up my toes with the cuticle cutter, she pulled up the cuticle from one side and continued to pull it until reaching the bottom of my nail bed. I told her it hurt, but she just looked at me like it was normal. The sides of my big toes are in a lot of pain, and although I did opt for a 10 min extra massage, I did not add any gratuity because of this painful event of my big toes. What was supposed to be a relaxing treat yourself event ended up turning to turmoil. Still after going home and waking up from a nap, my toes are throbbing in pain because of the poor treatment I received at the salon. I went to urgent care and the doctor had told me it was because of the pedicure service that my toes got infected. read more

I've been coming to Love Nails on and off for the last 6 months or so. Everytime I have came here, I am satisfied with my nails and the service of the employees. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience when I came in yesterday evening. I walked in and had asked for a new set with gel. I asked for a specific length and narrow slightly coffin shape. The lady began working on my nails and started to ask if I wanted to try the sns dip powder.. I agreed. She took T W O hours to do a full set (not sure if that's normal with dip powder) and completely messed my shape & length up. She also cut my right ring finger deeply, saw it bleeding and did not apologize. I am not sure if it was this specific woman who just happened to do a bad job but I will definitely be returning to the salon on Monday to get my nails fixed.. I'm not ok with being convinced into something that's $20 more than what I had originally wanted AND on top of that completely messing up the shape & length I had asked for. read more

I came here to get a fill for my nails and the man who worked on my set literally pulled off the old acrylics with nail clippers, to which he asked if it hurt and I told him yes and he still continued to pull them off. He then proceeded with the set and was in such a rush that I left with acrylic under half of my acrylics that I had to pick out. I also called on the phone and was told that fills for gel x start at $35 and I got the shortest length possible and was charged $45. I went yesterday to get my nails done. I didn't ask for gel for a specific reason. She tried to get me to wax , again I declined. I gave her 10 extra from the price quoted. Tell me why this morning I check my bank account and saw that they charged $9 more. I dunno if someone put in the number backwards but I can't even go in and ask for a refund because I didn't get a receipt. I know-how much I paid. I looked at it before signing. Safe to say I WONT be coming back. ONLY reason I was able to afford these nails was because my future mother-in-law gave me the money to do it because by I'm getting married on Monday.
