Can we talk about how adorable this nail salon is?!?! It is SO cute!!! Oh my gosh. It's like Barbie was the decorator. Lots of pink and gives me "raging girlie pop" vibes lol Calling all Swifties! Hahaha Seriously though, this salon is too cute. There's a photo opt area and everything! Vivi was my nail tech that did my pedicure. She was very friendly and super sweet. Just a nice person. A breath of fresh air. She worked really fast too! I don't like spending 3 hours just to get a pedicure lol Vivi had me in and out in about an hour, maybe a little less. I'm good with that lol I have other things do besides sit for hours in a nail salon. I showed Vivi a Halloween nail inspiration photo of what I was hoping to achieve. She tried her best and got pretty close. She did a good job. I like it! It's close to the inspo. She did share that I was her first Halloween nail design client lol So, I think it was a bit out of her comfort zone. She was a trooper though and tried to copy the inspo pic as much as she could. There is rarely more than a car or two in line, if any. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and efficient both at the drive-through window and inside. On a few occasions when I needed a prescription urgently, they were always happy to expedite it and have it ready within an hour or two. A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. I switched health insurance plans this year and Walgreens is no longer in-network, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.

So far I've purchased reusable makeup remover pads, a reusable sponge, reusable produce bags, body soap with a pouch, body oil, deodorant, toner, makeup remover, face wash, a candle, sunscreen, and shampoo and conditioner bars. The best part? I get to refill the containers instead of throwing them away. How amazing is that? Christy and Catherine are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Christy, the owner, is amazing and I could talk about sustainability with her for hours. I've been searching for a company like this and I can't wait to go back and stock up on even more products.

Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

My friend recommended this place and recommended to book an appointment with Vivi. I decided to check it out on a day she wasn't there and I really liked how I was serviced overall. On my third time coming, I finally got the chance to get my nails done by Viví, and I'm very pleased with how meticulous she was. If one nail wouldn't come out right, she would wipe it off and do it all over again. If you want to wake up and go without the worries of putting make up on then Lynn is your girl. I have been going to her for pretty much everything from brazillian, nails, and lashes. My lashes are my favorite. They look so natural, yet so long. The best part is they last a very long time. Aside from the A+ work Lynn does, she is absolutely a doll to be around with. My visits are never boring and you would think she has a degree in counseling because I get out of my appointments feeling like the prettiest girl and with my self esteem super high. I had an appointment at 6:30 for a pedicure i walked in, and they made me wait. Once they started they seemed to be speaking a lot in their language. Which made me uncomfortable. Katie rushed my pedicure and was insisting i do gel. Once i said no to gel she seemed upset and started speaking to the other ladies in another language. My pedicure was ok but not great. the pedicure lasted 15 minutes and felt very rushed. I had Jake tattoo my lips and they turned out beautiful!!! The pain level was minimal with the numbing cream. And the best part...I don't have to put on lipstick anymore!!! I chose a rose red color that he blended with another color to create an even better shade. The first week or so after he tattooed them, the color was really dark, but once my lips healed the color looks nice and natural. I love how it turned out and get tons of compliments. I'll still come back because I really like Rose and Cindy, and they've always done a great job. But I don't like the lack of transparency.
