I got a pedicure here from Tammy and I loved my experience! I chose the diamond pedicure and was really happy with the quality of work, the care with my pedicure and the communication. I don't have a phot because who wants to look at my feet, LOL. She took extra attention to my calluses, and painted my toe nails so pristinely. It's good to know that they do upsell on some enhancements to your service. I was asked if I wanted to add on paraffin wax to my hands and I said yes for $8 more. that was such a nice treat. So relaxing and my cuticles are thanking me. I did not opt for gel on my feet because my pedicure polish usually lasts a good long time. The atmosphere is really nice here as well. I've had such great experiences at 3 Thirty 3 Nail Bar! I usually come in for gel nails, and they always do an amazing job -- my nails come out beautiful every time and last really well. One thing I especially appreciate is how accommodating and flexible they are. I've come in as a last-minute walk-in multiple times, and they've still been so kind and able to fit me in whenever possible. This is my second time coming to this facility. My first experience was the gel manicure and the process was rushed and one of my gel nails fell off after one day. Today was my 2nd time coming back after 1 year, and didnt have any poor customer experience, but poor nail service. Although the nail tech and the process leading up to the nail painting was great, my nails weren't completely painted over. I like the colors I chose, even though I went with a black French tip, il mainly dissatisfied with the end product of completion. The ambiance was very nice. Mimi did my pedi, she was meticulous. I opted for their signature pedi that was $40 plus I added gel which was $20. What I wasn't told that choosing Apres Nail Polish would be an additional $5 charge. Tammy did a gel manicure $32 with fairy dust $15, and of course that $5 fee for Apres Gel (which again I wasn't informed until I was about to pay.) for grand total of $117! The overall experience was ruined by adding additional fees that I was not informed of prior. If okay with additional fees, bring cash, they give 10% discount if paying in cash. I called and asked if I could come at a specific time and they told me yes, they were available. When I arrived, I had to wait over 35 minutes. I asked if I should come back they told me that they were almost ready (just to keep me there) and I continued to wait. Then I said I wanted regular polish on my toes and the lady proceeded to ask me 5 more times if I wanted to do gel instead, after I already said no. The lady doing my hands did such a horrible job that at one point I had to ask for the nail file to fix my nails myself. There's polish all over my skin surrounding each nail. She hardly buffed out the hard gel, and now my nails are super thick. The cherry on top was they charged me an extra $5 for removing the old gel from my toes, fine.... Then an extra $5 for the specific brand of gel that I picked for my hands, fine... And THEN an extra $5 for "cutting and re-shaping" my nails. Ummm? 1) Shouldn't that already be part of the service? 2) she did the absolute worst job filing my nails. 3) she didn't even have to cut them because I told her not to. I finally spoke up and told them how unhappy I was with the entire service and they both stared at me like they could care less. Came in here expecting a good manicure since the reviews are great and unfortunately my manicure could have been better. If you're like me and like your nail polish to reach your nail line and not look like it's already grown out then this isn't the place for you either. I have a family wedding that I'm attending this weekend so i wanted my nails to look perfect and they are most definitely not. My nail tech was not the friendliest maybe it was because i was one of the last people there and she really wanted to go home?... Don't get a 5pm appointment, they will rush through your nails and the pressure is not relaxing at all. At one point I tried to ask if she could get the nail line and before I was able to get a word out she said "I KNOW, I KNOW, I KNOW!" And didn't really let me get a word in. I had also asked at the beginning of the appointment if they could remove a fake nail I had on one finger due to a break and they said yes but yet I still hare writing this review with the fake nail on my finger. I have been to the location in Irvine multiple times, and have always been satisfied with their work, but unfortunately, the gel manicure I got here was one of the worst in my life. From the time I sat down to the time the manicurist had finished my nails was under 30 minutes. She didn't give me anything to choose my color from, nor did she ask what kind of manicure I wanted. She was clearly rushing to get through my nails in order to get to another customer. The gel on my nails started to come up from near my cuticles only 5 days after I had visited the store. I've never had this happen before. I was with some family members, and all their manicures took closer to 45 min/1 hour. I suppose a perk that came out of all of this was that the gel came off my nails quite easily less than two weeks later--no need to sit with acetone and foil. I unfortunately didn't get the lady's name as I didn't appreciate how quickly she rushed through, and knew I wouldn't ask for her services in the future. I paid with cash to get the 10% discount but she originally charged me full price so I had to ask her to refund the difference. And she still expected an additional tip after that!? The last issue I had was that one of my toes seemed infected around my nail. Perhaps the lady doing my pedicure was also rushing and mistakenly dug too deep into my skin, but my toe was red and infected for the two days after I received the gel pedicure. I don't have any pictures as I was preparing for a wedding. It was not a great experience for me and no I have no plans to return, but hopefully no one else shares the same experience as me! read more

I am disappointed to have to write this review. I go to this nail spa often despite the higher prices. Today, I went in without an appointment for a pedicure (well aware that I would have to wait which I didn't mind). After 5-10 minutes, I was sat in a pedicure chair. Nearly 30-40 minutes went by before the receptionist came over to me and said, "oh, sorry, I forgot about you." I didn't make much of a deal about it and chose to just enjoy my pedicure. While getting the "Aromatherapy" pedicure which is nearly $50, the nail tech poured body oil ON MY JEANS. I didn't notice until I got home but the jeans are now ruined though I've tried to get the stain out multiple times. I've contacted the business and have not heard from them. Sadly, I will not be returning. It is a great shame that people would charge so much and allow someone's personal belongings to be ruined in the process. Got my nails done, then went to Whole Foods where I noticed the gel on one nail peeling off. (Minor, not huge detail, but this nail had already had to have been redone first sitting). When we finished, went to go wash my hands and sure enough, it lifted again easily. They didn't offer to clean my cuticles unless I paid $5 extra, which I agreed to but as you can see, they still weren't cleaned properly. I just can't with this place anymore. Loved it when they first opened.. always had a great pedicure. It's just my nails they cannot get right. In the past when I did gel x with them, they were crooked, or there was a huge separation between my natural nail and the extension. The extension would pop off. I think I tried to do gel x with them 3 times and I had to come back 2 of those three times to get them fixed. Today I was just going to get a gel manicure. I had gel already on my nails. I told her I didn't want her to cut my nails.. I loved the length and the shape and it took me 3 months to grow out my nails. My nails were perfectly oval with no sharp tip. I have small hands so any other nail shape does not really work.. she said she had to make the nails even. I said ok thinking maybe she meant length, nope she full on filed my nails to look like triangles.. meaning if you look at the nail shape palm side , the nails came to a perfect triangle .. I have no idea how she thought going from an oval shape to a point tip was making them even. They looked like tiger claws. I started crying they were so bad. I finally just had her cut them down because I hated the shape she did. 3 months of growing them out ruined in ten minutes. I just wanted to get out of there. Again my pedicure was fine as it always is, but they cannot do my nails anymore. I'm done with this salon unfortunately. I'v had nail and waxing services at this location a couple times, the experiences were good enough. The prices were somewhat reasonable. They offer beverages including sparkling wines. Place is stylish, clean and spacious. I always get gel X with designs on my nails and gel design on my toes. I usually find my nail designs online and show them what I want. Mail techs copied the designs not bad. The works were not perfect but still acceptable. My nail designs are usually bit of difficult so not all nail technicians can do them flawlessly. The waxing was not bad and it's always hard to wax off my super fine and light body hair. I have very little body hair so it's hard to see and work on me. The workers were always so friendly and trying their best each time. My husband liked the detailed mani and pedi services he got both times. We usually get scrubs and massages with our nail services and they were nice and relaxing. A solid nail salon and I think I will stay with this one for a while! read more

I have had great experiences at this salon and truly appreciate the work of many talented nail artists here. However, I feel the need to share my recent experience with Tina. My usual nail artist wasn't available, so the receptionist referred me to Tina. Unfortunately, this turned out to be my worst visit yet. From the start, her attitude felt rude, unwelcoming, and rushed. She barely took time with the cuticle work, hurried through shaping (which I had to ask her to fix multiple times), and only left my hands under the gel light for 10-15 seconds each time I had to request more time to ensure the polish would set properly. While doing my nails, she casually chatted with a coworker about wanting to go home as soon as possible, which made the rushed service even more uncomfortable. The hand massage, which is usually a relaxing part of the service, lasted no more than 10 seconds per hand. Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed. To be clear, this review is solely about Tina. I've had consistently wonderful service with other nail technicians here and will continue coming back, but I do not recommend Tina if you are looking for quality service and attention to detail! read more

I initially visited for a pedicure only, but decided to also get nail art and requested acrylic nail extensions. However, instead of acrylics, she applied tips. I expressed dissatisfaction with the shape and length, and although she said she would shorten them, she never did. The tips were angled too far upward, which looked awkward and unnatural. When I mentioned it, she told me it was because my natural nails were shaped weirdly and said it couldn't be fixed--which I found very unprofessional. Also, the flower design on my nails had air bubbles trapped underneath, making it look messy. During the pedicure, she trimmed my toenails too deeply, causing bleeding for three days and making it painful to walk. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I've been a loyal customer for 3years , however today I went with my mom to get our nails done and KIMMY did my nails and cut my nails and they wouldn't stop bleeding and instead of Apologizing she was putting alcohol which it would sting even more and never apologized so I went with the male manager and kindly spoke to him about the situation and he rudely spoke to me and acused me of me making my own nails bleed (what a joke) they have camaras everywhere why would I do such a thing to cause my self pain.Then as I was leaving they were speaking in they're language and one of the nail tech was looking at me up and down with an angry.
