Once the gentlemen he did his job which roughly took 4 hours or so. I paid the ticket $1,800 and he left. The next day I noticed water damage to the bottom of the trim of my walls. I contacted the company and they informed me they would get me in touch with the owner. After a few days of calling, I finally spoke with the owner. After explaining the issues he responded "I don't want to deal with this so I'm going to refund your money and hung up" This took me by surprise to say the least, after we got off the phone I contacted a contractor to come out and inspect the damage. The total cost for damage is roughly $2,800 and no one will acknowledge or respond to my calls. I am now in the process of speaking with my attorney to unfortunately take matters to the next level. I would highly recommend against using this company, what you get when they are selling their brand vs what you get and the quality professionalism once they receive their money is on two different ends of the spectrum. Disappointing to say the least. ***** responding to the "owner" I spoke to her husband not with her so not sure how she's going to take details and provide them as if she was on any communication. #1) Pet stains was in the middle of the living room, not against the walls, clearly there was a need to clean and reduce smell however NOT to provide damage in doing so. #2) I never called multiple times, I called 1 time and the 1 time I called I never asked for a refund, the owner said we can come out and fix it, I said no becuase you guys are going to do more damage. He said okay well I don't want to deal with this so I'm going to give you a refund so I can be done with it, I informed him I will have a contractor come out and evaluate the damage. #3) I called 3 weeks later due to my travel schedule as I wasn't home to deal with this, I didn't know there was a expiration date on when I have to call and complain when there's severe damage done to my house. You need to take responsibility for the damages you made to my house. My attorney will be in touch

The wash hose took paint off all of the baseboards in every room they went to. The guy was nice about it and tried to wipe off the blue but it didn't help. They still charged me full price and I had to buy paint to fix my baseboards. The carpet didn't look clean or like anything had been done to it. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company and will not use them again.

Some of those stains had been there a long time and I thought there was no way the carpet would ever look new again, but I was wrong.
